The worst customer service ever never saw such nasty worker's. I saw a few guys walk in just wanting to pay for their phone service and that was an hour wait with very few ppl in the store when they told me an hour wait it was only a few min y mislead me with that information. There's no reason someone should wait more then 5 min to pay for their bill it takes a min to give over the money. My wife was there today with a broken screen. First they said she needs a new phone which is a fortune when they can just fix the screen for less money. Then they find out she has insurance. She needs to first claim a insurance and then get the phone a week later. Y can't she just get the phone on the spot especially when she has insurance isn that the point of insurance. She ended up claiming insurance and she scheduled a appointment the same day in brick location which there they said it's an easy fix. When she told them what happened in Howell they said they have no idea what they talking Abt. The brick location was very helpful and honest and very good worker's ~Nuta

My son has been enrolled at Sweet Music for more than a year. He receives private saxophone lessons and is in the jazz group. He has grown so much musically and has improved greatly. We are very happy with his progress. ~Kate

I went into the store with my senior mother and aunt the last 10 minutes to grab 3 things (napkins, paper towels, and toothpaste to be specific) and was met with the most rude cashier who was cursing at us under his breath and throwing our checkout items at us at the same time because he wanted us to rush out two minutes after closing time. When I told him to refrain from his rudeness he continued to throw profanities and his hands up at us in his frustration. A petite dark haired woman came up to the register and told us to both stop and proceeded to follow us as we were exiting the store clapping her hands together yelling at us to, “Have a good night.” When I mentioned I’d leave a negative review because of their behavior their tempers only escalated. Unfortunately I was unable to catch their name tags or I’d be even more specific. This is only my second time at the store but I would never recommend anyone to visit this store ever. I’ve never received such rude customer service from entrance to exit. I hope management can correct this horrible unprofessional behavior coming from their employees. A complete shame. 1 star is giving them too much justice. If a 0 star was an option I’d click it with NO hesitation. ~Melanie

We purchased dining room and home office furniture from Home Living Furniture, and the whole experience was easy and painless. They held onto it for several months until we were able to take delivery. The white glove assembly and installation was well done. The furniture is gorgeous- We love it! They won’t accept cash for gas!!!!! I went there with cash and they will only take cards. I am working on improving my credit and refuse to use credit cards any longer. If I hand them my debit card, it may force me into an overdraft. I had to be at work straight from getting gas and don’t have time to deposit the cash into my account that I wanted to use for gas. I will not be going to Quick Chef for gas any longer!! ~M
