Went there to contact for a replacement smart phone. Generally an ok experience. However the details could have been verbally explained better. Too much dependence on written documents that are emailed to you. Should be a summary of important items provided hardcopy at the time the transaction is occurring. Also we received a good credit for the old phone however the process for returning the old phone seems unnecessary. You are given a box and instructions for the return. Why not just take the phone then. Credits offered for the old phone don't kick in until the old phone is recorded at Verizon as having been received by them. We needed to go back the following day with questions regarding various charges and our feeling that the phone was not holding the charge. The new phone was taken back and replaced with another. The staff was very nice. We were there about two hours. While there, we were able to hear many other folks describing there issues. Seemed like almost all were there with problems and were not happy.

I pay Verizon for my service. Not sure what that was about. The employee didnt seem interested in my issue. Didn't even look in my acct to see how he could help. Rude and lazy. Wish I took his name so I can post it. Hope he doesn't work here anymore. Will give another chance, because I usually don't have issues here. We explained our issue, he took our cell phones quickly check and downloaded a software patch that was unavailable to the public. After downloading was completed and phones rebooted our phone were up and running. Kevin knew the issue resolved it quickly and professionally. He is an outstanding representative for Verizon.
