Recently we visited Home Living and had a wonderful experience working with Lucy and Ron in picking out custom chairs for our family room. Lucy totally understood the look I was going for and we choose a beautiful fabric. The chair was Kincaid so she was able to pull it up on the computer with the fabric we chose. Would highly recommend. We have to wait 6-8 months but this is the normal now for new custom furniture

They were both extremely patient, honest, genuine, they gave us endless options to pick from, and were overall very well versed in interior design. Found them by searching for the furniture brand I wanted. I looked at the prices and was ready to buy but shipping cost was blank and said I needed to call. They have a convenient chat feature so I contacted them that way. They instructed me that I should just place the order and they would get back to me with the shipping price. Uhhhh, I don't think so. I'm not about to buy 3K worth of furniture having no idea what they will charge me to ship. So the chat person tells me to give all my info and they will get back to me and I do. I wait 2 days, and no response. So I contact them again wondering what's going on. They tell me they found my chat and that they usually take 24-48 hours to respond (well it's been 2 days already so...) and that I need to give it more time. So I do and after waiting over a week with no response, I moved on to another online furniture place that was happy to get the business. Probably for the best because a place that is non-responsive to accept an order only makes me wonder how non-responsive they would've been for delivery - Kinda glad I dodged that bullet.
