The gas station attendant ( outside ) just promptly helped a stalled car. He pushed it up a hill, cleaned everyone's rear windows, and was polite as the heavens. What a sweet, nice hard-working human :)

Stopped in on a road trip and bought a bunch of snacks and I mean $50 worth of snacks. After the cashier rang everything up, he then handed me a bag for me to bag everything… ok. there were two other customers in line. I’m not sure why he wouldn’t bag my items. Isn’t that what cashiers do? No problem I’ll just bag everything in front of the next customer while taking up the entire counter in their way. Then I proceeded to ask for the bathroom key. The cashier said to hold on a minute. Alright. He continues to help customer after customer before giving me the key. I thought when someone asks you for a bathroom key it’s usually because they have to really use the restroom, not wait an additional few minutes for the key. Just grab it and put it on the counter so I can grab it and go. Not wait a long while in the background holding my pee. The bathrooms are not nice/clean when I visited it. Then the gas attendant was very rude on top of it. Definitely won’t be back to this place. I’d recommend to keep going straight and stop at the Shell on Weidler. .

The only good thing about this place is that it's open. The hang around crowd here is a little aggressive. And at times you can't tell the difference between employees and the hang around crowd.

Pretty poor experience here. always overpriced, and there's a white short fat lady with glasses and short white hair that is always rude and always makes me and my boyfriend feel unwelcome and want to take our business elsewhere. the other employees are kind, and hardworking. but that lady is chasing costumers away with her negative nasty attitude. definitely won't go there again as long as she is working there.

A few weeks ago they said there had to be attendants outside, now the caller was saying that they could nolonger accept cans or bottles a t night? There are signs publically advertising this change? I am a regular customer of Jacksons. The current cashier argued with me that did happen and that they never allowed bottle exchange at night and I was probably harassing them to make it follow thru? The staff still persistent in not letting me deposit my bottles. Embarrassed, I forgot my debit card. I came back and purchased the items that I had held . I asked for another cashier since my previous cashier experience was negative and uncompassionate.The cashier I had previously dealt with was close by. I told her I was a good customer and was very unhappy how she treated me .She did not understand and felt I was harassing her? I was there but customer l

They are using facial recognition technology now. At this specific location. Saying that this ultra-gentrified area is "unsafe" at night. Stand up against mass surveillance and tell Jackson's you are NOT okay with this. There is not enough oversight! This is an infringement on our rights as americans and humans on this Earth.
