At the Jacksons Store 516 in Portland OR I asked to pump gas for $5.00, (1.6 gallons). I was told to pay inside the small store, which I did. The attendant told me all done. I checked the arrow gage in the SUV, it did not move. I checked the Range, it is still 15 miles, as it was before. I talked to 2 people working at the gas station and told them that gas was not pumped. Maybe pump 5 was not working or calibrated correctly or maybe someone pushed wrong buttons or maybe someone is cheating. I went to a different gas station everything worked correctly. I lost $5.00. The district manager was extremely unfriendly and unhelpful.

We came here on August 10th, 2016 around 10:15 am. We had a truckfull of family and one kid was a very upset boy who had never experienced someone else pumping their gas (from the East Coast). Johnathan was an incredibly kind attendant who saw a unique situation and handled it wonderfully. He helped calm him down, and offered to have him help. We were more than grateful and impressed by the way he helped. He definitely went above and beyond. Thank you so much!
