Not only do they have among the highest fuel prices around, they don't allow Safeway fuel rewards. I drove 3 miles away and got my fuel for over a dollar per gallon less. ~Jamie

I only go here for the self service car wash or the in bay automatic. It's a bit ridiculous to have the minimum charge for cards in the self service bay at $10, especially if you only planned on just spraying all the de icer and dirt off your car. But, it's fine. There are other better self service washes in Portland. The one near 162nd and Stark by Dutch Bros just got remodeled and actually has a smart card reader - you get to pick the time and how much you pay! The in bay automatic car wash is decent for the price, but still feels like a ripoff. The chemicals don't seem to be metered correctly or there's some weird design flaw, because when the dryer is active, the "spot free" streaks like crazy. And on the touch free only cycle, all the soap remains on the dryer gantry, and then gets blown onto your car on the final dry. I don't recommend it at all. Just go to Washman. ~Solomon

At the Jacksons Store 516 in Portland OR I asked to pump gas for $5.00, (1.6 gallons). I was told to pay inside the small store, which I did. The attendant told me all done. I checked the arrow gage in the SUV, it did not move. I checked the Range, it is still 15 miles, as it was before. I talked to 2 people working at the gas station and told them that gas was not pumped. Maybe pump 5 was not working or calibrated correctly or maybe someone pushed wrong buttons or maybe someone is cheating. I went to a different gas station everything worked correctly. I lost $5.00. The district manager was extremely unfriendly and unhelpful. ~John

I'm a manager for a restaurant chain. And this place has the laziest employees I have ever seen. In my opinion this place needs better work ethics. And more respect for each other and helping each other out. Yeah its nice for a quick stop but as far having good service not recommended. ~Michael

This place is a very reliable fast pace 24 hour gas station and convenient store. The employees here always have a smile on their face and are always very prompt and ready to help when needed. They always go 110% for their customers. Especially Amanda, she has a knack for building customer retention I've noticed. She has a lot of regular customers that stop there because they know she's working. She's got that sunny positive personality that people love that's why it's become the number spot to stop to fill up. ~Andrea

The gas attendants are lazy and rude. I arrived at this gas station at 9:54pm on a Friday, all lights on an ready for business. the workers hid inside until 9:58 then i had to ask if they were closed as the scurried to their car n bus stop trying to avoid a 30 second job that I could have done myself if it weren’t illegal. Every time I go there it’s terrible slow service from inconsiderate staff. Disappointing. ~Meagan

White tweaker dude with a hat who had dark circles almost like panda eyes aka tweaker. Anyway. Bad bad confrontation. He was mouthy! It was 2/15/21 about 10:00. Anyone who rides a bicycle as their mode of transportation isn't worth my time personally but my friend likes drama and he was wanting some! ~Brandon

Almost always closed. 10 minutes sometimes is closer to 30 or you give I and leave. Not sure if they just don't have employees or what. Would avoid if you want to shop, find one that's open more often. If you like homeless passed out and some begging for money, you'll probably like the parking lot at least. Tried to go back, seems they are closed more than open. ~Kirk
