Best coffee shop in Howell, New Jersey (NJ) 2024

They won’t accept cash for gas!!!!! I went there with cash and they will only take cards. I am working on improving my credit and refuse to use credit cards any longer. If I hand them my debit card, it may force me into an overdraft. I had to be at work straight from getting gas and don’t have time to deposit the cash into my account that I wanted to use for gas. I will not be going to Quick Chef for gas any longer!! ~M

Not very impressive. Not very clean. Front of house had issues with talking above ambient noise. Almost no customers but order took about 12 plus minutes to be made for a simple espresso and a coffee. Some confusion on the order but straightened out. Ok to go to when you want a coffee but the area looks fun-down and not quite healthy. A shame but it’s all over these days. ~Scott
