I and my family come in daily and have always had the best and up most friendly staff the ladies and gentlemen are always so ploite and friendly i will not go anywhere else and out of my way sometimes to come here you dont much in places any more love you all... Thank you

Only one bathroom and was made to stand outside for more than 15 minutes while some kid is blaring his music inside while he is cleaning it. Did not have a problem with that, the problem comes whenI finally get into the restroom it does not look clean at all. Floor was not mopped. Sinks and toilets not clean. Why was I standing outside for over 15 minutes? While I was standin waiting on the bathroom a security guard came in acosting a customer about is truck while he is paying so he can be on his way. She was very rude to the man in front of everyone in the store. These people need more interpersonal training.

I cannot believe how freaking cheap and disrespectful you people are to truck drivers. I always park at pilot Wilson rd Columbus Ohio, I'm here spending money at your store. Not to mention that I only use pilot for everything. I spend thousands of dollars a year on store items. My company only fuels at pilot. So since I'm single and don't wish to pay for a house that I'm in twice a month I stay in my truck. So when I park here I get my personal car and bring it down so I am able to do things for the very short 4 days a month I'm here decompressing from the road and now you're telling me my car will be towed after 2hrs. I'm a guy that spends money in your store on the weekends not one that parks his truck here and goes home. This is rude and unacceptable. I will start using travel center's of America where they will allow me to park my car while I'm there Update: I spoke to a very nice girl at corporate who fixed the issue for me and I spoke to the general manager and they are allowing me to park my car, apparently the rule is for people who park there and leave. Thanks for your help on this matter.

Can't get gas without prepaying because their credit card machines are too old. You also can't just leave a card with them and fill up, you have to guess how much you need. They won't put a sign up because people take them down so I'm leaving a review to let folks know.

The showers were rather clean. The cashier we had was nice. The manager made excuses for the extremely rude security guard who cornered us in our parking spot, got out, and proceeded to seemingly intimidate us out of the parking lot. We were parked, waiting for our shower and he pulled up direc behind our vehicle (completely blocking us in) then assured us we had to leave after our shower, which we had graciously planned on doing in the first place. I went in to double check the security guard was employed by Pilot and he was. We will not be returning.

Second shift is terrible They’re the reason why the bathroom Is always dirty because they don’t clean it or keep it in shape. However there is a gentlemen by the name of John . He cleaned the entire bathroom so I could use it comfortably He definitely deserves a raise. Thank you John !

Not really much truck parking available even during the broad daylight, 7 showers but don’t be shocked if you end up waiting for a hour for a fresh hot shower, they have a Wendy’s restaurant inside.

Update: 9 January 2018 STILL NO PAPER IN THE OUTSIDE DISPENSERS Update: 8 January 2018 -- none of the paper dispensers at the pumps had paper. Not a big deal until you pull up with a spilled mess on your seat and need some simple paper towel to wipe it up. Downgraded to two stars **18 Wheelers Beware** parking is extremely limited here and fills up fast. Get here early if you're planning to stay. Also to the lot is very tight to maneuver in. Be sure that your backing skills are on point before trying to park here. * No dedicated/separate RV parking Over all the facility was clean. Staff was friendly. And fuel prices areas competitive.
