Love being able to fuel up and go inside and have several choices for something to eat. You can get table service at TA restaurant Country Pride, or get fast food at Burger King, Popeyes Chicken, or Starbucks.

Very bad service specially the ta truck service. They don’t know what they doing very expensive not doing a good job. They rip you off please guys don’t go there . They are very bad people . You will wait more than 36 hrs just fixed air leak. They Machanic are very unprofessional. Please guys don’t go there please. They did not even do my work done

I came to this TA to do oil change and i always do with TA so after 3 hours they told me they done it i try to check the oil level as i do always i saw black oil look like the same color wen i bring to change after i ask them do u guys change my oil they say yes and i ask why then look like black and same old oil that i was changing then they didnt try to explain manager come and say u have to pay or u cant take ur truck just like that this is the first time i get that problem for all those years that i was driving gana upload the pictures So guys dont come here for any thing U can see the black one is the new oil they told me we change but the other one is wen the oil is new u can se the difference

IF YOU DON'T SPEAK UP, THEY'LL NEVER FIX ANYTHING. Shower water is too soft and the nighttime porter quit. There's nobody to clean the showers at night. The morning porter comes in at 6 am.

Washroom and fuel area clean. Unfortunately the fuel desk staff must be deaf. 7:30 am Sunday. Waited 5 mins for girl to ask for assistance. Nothing, I asked if I could get a fuel receipt. No reply . Had all the time in the world to joke around with the mechanics. N.. I walked out.

I had the wonderful privilege of stopping by the TA travel plaza today and boy oh boy was it a great experience. An employee from there named Sasha went above and beyond for me. I had come right when the Popeye’s was closing and she still did whatever she could to make sure I left with food and a great experience. I was very pleased by her outstanding customer service, it’s so rare to meet people this caring for her customers. Thank you Sasha for your beautiful act of kindness to me. You deserve a promotion for your outstanding work today, you made a very happy customer today. :)

We never stop at TA Truck Stops, but I'm glad we did with this one! Overnight parking was very nice and spacious. The restrooms were really clean, the store was clean, great variety, and well stocked.

I had very good memories of this TA Lodi... today I returned after a few years and now very different from what I remembered, all this because of the remodeling that they did to it, which I must comment on, it turned out excellent even though with it there will be nothing left of my memories.

5 hours to change a tire and release valve on my semi. 5 people behind counter and apparently only one is specially trained to hand a customer a piece of paper. Slowest GD people I ever saw. Everyone has time to walk around and be on their phone but not get trucks out efficiently.

Went to TA to buy my sister a coffee at Starbucks.Starbucks does have some awesome coffee and people that work there. TA also has Burger King, and County Pride to eat at. TA is worth stopping at to get a bite to eat even at their hot and ready sandwiches. The cheeseburgers are really excellent in taste and freshness. TA had a very large selection of beverages especially the sugary kind.
