Went into the lobby just to cash my check Only one teller, I would say working but she was just talking to an older lady. Stood there for about 5 minutes and heard about grand kids, soccer, covid, adoption, birthdays, kids, babies, and so on So I walked out It is very apparent that this teller is very arrogant and disrespectful to other customers. She should be fired

Never been to this bank in my life and they closed my account because they mixed me up with someone else. WORST BANK CHAIN IMAGINABLE. They Don't have proper security measures....... and they handle money. A sure fire recipe for failure. Do yourself a favor and avoid Huntington and this branch especially.

I received my debit card in the mail and it would not activate so I went to my local Huntington Bank. It should be noted I was transitioning banks and this was my first experience with Huntington. The clerk informed me that I did not have a a account however I had a debit card with my name on it and I did have a account. I informed her that I would like to make an account and she said she could not help me. At this point in time I decided to do to stay with Chase. Extremely poor customer service.

Worst experience ever! Absolutely no help. No letting me explain the situation with my daughters account. Need new employees who care about the customers. Customer was not right in this branch . Wouldn't even try to help. Pulling out our account.

Spoke with huntington customer service over the phone on several occasions concerning a disputed check. They refused to tell me.who endorsed the check in dispute. Or provide a photo copy. Placed on hold for over 50 minutes then was disconnected. Another call was for over an hour I ended after being lied to repeatedly. Spoke with Kryshae and Porcha. Avoid these 2. Very deceitful young females.

I was in about 3 weeks ago on a Friday afternoon. Busiest time, I understand. There were only 2 tellers. Always is. They need to hire more people. One was up front helping people, and another, Jessica, was bouncing from front to the drive thru helping people. I was okay waiting until Jessica decided it was the right time to show a customer the other banker was with a video of her child on her phone. While there were 4 people in line waiting. Finally got helped, and when I left outside there were 6 vehicles waiting in the drive thru. Completely unprofessional. Wait time is always ridiculous and pulling out her phone in front of a line of people? I go out of my way to medina branch now. Way faster.
