Met Dominic today. He is an asset to this location and verizon overall. There were 2 other associates there as well. Ready to help with your needs. I have been having little agrivations with my phone . They understood my pain and distracting when the phone has these automatic things happening, for example Google assist interrupts my conversation with do you want to answer a call and itvtook away my option to send a quick text pre-programmed text. Google maps kept in going back to the animated when i need to see satellite view. Thank you to the kindness at this location understand my pain. God bless. I’ve been a Verizon customer my whole life and this was the absolute best experience I’ve had. Jeff Nixon Took care of me and got me everything I needed. He was knowledgeable about the product and took the time to go over everything with me. I’m a trucker and my phone broke and he got me back on the road ASAP. Great experience

Was having a horrible day till I came in and met Robert Shields. He made me laugh and completly helped me with not only getting my own phone but was also able to save my mom money on her bill and help her with a new phone. He's very friendly and outgoing. He's a great salesman but he doesn't push you to make the purchase. Had a wonderful experience.

When I started asking questions to this nervous “sales guy” what am I being charged, he said that includes screen protection and some other stuff. Also told me price of the phone is $1399 ( actual price $1099) Some guy that was sitting started to look at him and shake his head, when I asked him why are you doing that? He said he is “manager” and he “knows” his inventory, also I was better off going to corporate store. All in all this was very customer service weird experience. Good job Verizon for giving this incompetent peope license to sell your products.
