Whatever happened to customer service? This location has gotten worse each time we try to give them another chance. Today I ordered Jr Bacon Cheeseburgers, what I received were cheeseburgers. I took them in to be fixed – well they did alright. They put bacon on the current sandwiches which two other hands had already touched and thought they were going to call it a day. When the counter employee handed them back to me she just gave me a smirk and never apologized or said anything. Thank goodness I looked at the sandwich before I walked out as it was still incorrect. I politely asked them to make the sandwich correctly and the lady at the counter insisted it was. I advised her that I had never been an employee but I do know how the sandwich is made, like what condiments come on it, and she needs to have it corrected. Prior to this about six months back I ordered a chicken sandwich meal – what I got was a burger. I’m done with going to this location and I do not recommend it to anyone else.

I paid $60 to feed my family For the price they should be including everything I paid for. For the hassle not even an I’m sorry. I’m a business owner myself and would have apologized and done something extra to make it right. A lot of hassle for the customer after paying an arm and a leg for processed food.

Rude pigs too busy looking at their phones to treat you like a human. Didn’t give me a receipt and went back to looking at phone. Then shooed me away and closed the window like I was spying on her. Fat chick with black thing on her head. Won’t be back.

Great food here. Today the line was longer than their neighbor. That's a good sign. Food quality has been good, speed has been decent. Breakfast is surprisingly good. Make sure you try the spicy chicken biscuit with honey!

Consistently messes up my order. This time both items were completely wrong. Given the cost, who can justify coming here just to get incorrect food? Staff is rude and clearly does not want to be there. Edit: Ended up disputing this transaction with my bank. Tried calling multiple times and they will not answer the phone. Drive thru person refused to help me because I did not have a receipt, which they never provided me. Next time they screw up your order and refuse to make it right, DISPUTE IT WITH YOUR BANK!

Visited Norton Oh Wendy's and the young lady taking order was rude and impatient after I had waited at the speaker for over 10 minutes for her to take my order...I left and went to the Montrose-Fairlawn Wendy's and the staff were all wonderful. Such a wonderful experience after the poor service at Norton.

I went back to have them correct it and the older man said “there ain’t no way” when I asked for a full sized sandwich to replace the now over breakfast meal. He gave me this tiny plain sandwich. This is the worst Wendy’s in Ohio

I have always ordered the spicy chicken and I usually find it satisfactory. Today I ordered the grilled chicken breast. I always ask to make sure the meat is hot. What I got today was a solid cold hockey puck. If I wasnt late for a meeting I would returned this nonfood item. Absolutely garbage and waste of money. I gave three stars for the smile and polite manner of the person at the drive through window
