Their automated call system is a joke, I wasted so much time trying to communicate with the automated system, just to get some basic information and still haven’t gotten the info yet. The sheer amount of frustration that they force us to endure is an abomination. Fix your call system!

USPS is a joke! Can't trust them to do anything right! Mail gets lost all the time, packages never arrive on time if at all, and they even loose certified mail! Monkeys could do a better job! But worse of all is the horrendous service you get when you let the supervisor Darika Wilson know about your concerns. When you ask for help and information on mail they lost she is rude, unkind, not helpful at all! She says she will get back to you but she does not! You have to stay on top of her, and when you call her she makes you feel like you are bothering her even though it is her job to follow up with you and not the other way around. Doesn't apologize for the fact that they lost my certified letter! They have no clue, she could not even provide anything at all aside from its lost and we have no idea! WOW from the post office I used expect a lot more even Walmart employees are more helpful and provide better customer service than this supervisor!

These guys are great. Hard working people. Of course the may have some days with to much pressure and you need to understand that we all have those days. Be patient with them, they are good people.

The worst post office. 1) If you submit a hold for mail, they don't hold it. 2) If you are receiving a letter requiring signature, the mail worker won't bring it to your door, they leave a note in your mailbox telling you to go to the post office. 3) The lobby service is slow as can be. More like the US Postal Disservice.

I have never dealt with such an unprofessional, unorganized, government body. I’m not one to harp on certain things but the way this post office operates is borderline criminally negligent. I live in an apartment complex and one day the mailboxes for my building and the one across the street were removed. When I inquired about how I will receive my mail, I was met with hostility and aggressive behavior for asking a logical question. It has now been 2 weeks since the mailboxes were removed and I went to the postal office which is 12 minutes away from my home only to be given the WRONG mail for my address and it clearly states my correct mailing address on my driver’s license. This branch needs to have an IMMEDIATE staff overhaul or to be closed immediately!!!!

My package was failed to deliver. So, I went to the USPS store in Fairlawn to verify the package had the correct name and address. She assured me it would be sent out the next business day as she would contact the carrier, telling me “you’re the last neighborhood for his route, so except it about 6 pm”. 5 days later and they tell me “whoever you spoke to forgot to give the message to the carrier, therefore your package is being sent back to its original spot.” Awful management. Keep you on hold, tell you they will you call you back but NEVER, EVER do. I guess I shouldn’t be surprised, USPS has always been awful.

New to the area from Richfield where we had a great post office. This particular post office seems to have an issue helping its white customers. They refused to give me my mail, said they did not have it even though I had a verification letter stating the address change was successful. 1 hour later my wife went (she is of color) and wouldn’t you know it.... there the whole time. Plus at least 4 of my bills have been late because of them not having staff and it’s been two months now of not getting my electricity bill. But I get a lot of my new neighbors mail so at least I have a excuse to meet everyone on the street!
