Better than the one at walhaven who rarely has the pharmacy open. I waited on my Rxs this time for fear the pharmacy would be closed if I returned another day. Due to shortages of staff it would be a good idea if Walgreens would text customers that the pharmacy would be closed. Walgreens texts me when my Rxs need to be refilled. It is frustrating and a waste of gas to drive there 3 times to get a Rx.

Will NEVER come back to this location. While waiting in line on May 8 2022 at 1:34pm the cashier started yelling at an elderly customer telling her “ I ain’t got time for this. Just swipe your card and stop asking me all these questions.” She took her lunch right after that transaction. Do you support this elder abuse from your employees?

Just swipe your card and stop asking me all these questions.” She took her lunch right after that transaction. Do you support this elder abuse from your employees?

I made an in store pickup order due to having my children with me when I was traveling to Cleveland. I arrived at 5:15, checked in, then saw someone locking the doors. I walked up and the guy said “we closed at 5. We open at 9am tomorrow.” I told him about my pickup when he interrupted and said “we open at 9am tomorrow!” The next day I found out I was charged for picking up the order because I had checked in the night before, even though I didn’t pick it up. Terrible store!

Whoever was working the drive thru today @10:45 needs an attitude check. If you hate your job there’s millions of other places that will hire you😂 went here to get a COVID test and I don’t know if he’s read the directions for the test but if not, he needs a refresher. I followed the directions on the sheet HE handed me and got mad when I didn’t do something correct, even though the paper HE handed me with directions said so. Very passive aggressive. I get standing there doing that all day isn’t fun but you can find new job literally anywhere buddy, someone else will hire you!

Went to the store for the pickup.As usual the pick up counter is managed separately.The pharmacy section to the extreme right and the pharmacist was very kind and helpfull and upon asking suggested me the medicine and also showed the one to be used for effective results.Good amount of parking space available.The prices are bit higher than compared to other stores like Walmart etc.

No follow through was with them over 5 months for a monthly medication. It took 3 months to offer/follow through on automatic refill. When on automatic refill I was still calling to follow up when I was about to run out. Then the final straw I ran out of my script, I had to call them no follow up on their end. There was a flag they needed to finalized on their end updating my medical history which had never been addressed on the multiple pick ups and phone calls. I transferred this script to drug Mart, the pharmacist offered automatic refill and follow through on my first interaction. Giving me the assurance that they would call a week in advanced if there was an issue with refill. Bottom line if you want terrible customer service use this Walgreens.

Good employees and customer service. 5 stars for that. Store gets 1 star because they ran out of peach rings. Ill even it out to a 3. Get more peach rings then we'll talk. Edit: they got more peach rings. Best Walgreens I've been to.

Stopped in to this location to get a passport picture taken. Was shocked they now charge $15 for a wallet sized photo. As unfortunate that is, I did not even make it that far in the process. Waited 15 minutes at their photo center mashing the "need assistance" button to never be helped. I then proceeded to wait in a 7 person check out line to just be told they will take care of me at the "photo center". I'm now standing back at an empty photo center to not be helped 35 minutes into this venture, so obviously I'm a patient person. The lack of customer service and assistance in the store should be insulting to an owner. I sadly will not be using this store in the future!
