Just worked with Krista at the Fairlawn location. She was very knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. Have bought mattresses from this company several times over the past twenty years and their customer service has always been excellent. Wouldn’t go anywhere else! ~Robyn

The spicy seafood soup is just incredible. Worth the trip there just for that. I really cannot say enough good things about it. The staff and owners are just so welcoming and friendly. One of the best restaurants that takes pride in their business. Lucky to have such a quality place in our community. ~Neil

USPS is a joke! Can't trust them to do anything right! Mail gets lost all the time, packages never arrive on time if at all, and they even loose certified mail! Monkeys could do a better job! But worse of all is the horrendous service you get when you let the supervisor Darika Wilson know about your concerns. When you ask for help and information on mail they lost she is rude, unkind, not helpful at all! She says she will get back to you but she does not! You have to stay on top of her, and when you call her she makes you feel like you are bothering her even though it is her job to follow up with you and not the other way around. Doesn't apologize for the fact that they lost my certified letter! They have no clue, she could not even provide anything at all aside from its lost and we have no idea! WOW from the post office I used expect a lot more even Walmart employees are more helpful and provide better customer service than this supervisor! ~Gheraldine

Better than the one at walhaven who rarely has the pharmacy open. I waited on my Rxs this time for fear the pharmacy would be closed if I returned another day. Due to shortages of staff it would be a good idea if Walgreens would text customers that the pharmacy would be closed. Walgreens texts me when my Rxs need to be refilled. It is frustrating and a waste of gas to drive there 3 times to get a Rx. ~Richard

Your can not miss at a Dollar Tree. Items are only a dollar and some are 2 for one dollar. There will always be something you will need when you go there. The shelves are fully stocked and the employees are friendly and helpful. They have some of every little thing you could possibly need. ~Sharon

I ordered a bacon Swiss croissant meal. Potato’s were cold, and I got bread loaded with mayo and a sausage on it. I went back to have them correct it and the older man said “there ain’t no way” when I asked for a full sized sandwich to replace the now over breakfast meal. He gave me this tiny plain sandwich. This is the worst Wendy’s in Ohio ~Ampedelectric

It was an excellent experience. I was towed in on a Saturday night. She contacted me by nine and I had four new tires and an alignment by noon. Excellent service and, after checking, a fair and reasonable price. I'll definitely be back. ~Thomas

We were very pleased with their service. While traveling through Ohio, we discovered a screw in a tire. Luckily we had not lost any tire pressure. Josh Kerlee and Hunter Moore did a great job in getting us back on the road in no time. This was the cleanest, most comfortable tire repair shop we’ve ever been in. My husband was grateful that the tire was fixed before the mall opened. :-) ~Amanda

To be fair I usually have decent service at this location but tonight I'm at a loss I pull into the parking space walk up to the door and it's locked this location doesn't close and on the door is a sign that reads back in five minutes now I've been coming to this location for years at all hours and I have never seen anything like this I look over to the side door and there I see an employee on her phone smoking a cigarette she sees me standing at the door turns around and continues her conversation on her phone if this is the type or customer service that can now be expected from this place I'll go across the street to the get go or down the street to speedway or circle k where I know the service will be better. ~kyle
