The advisor told me it would take an hour to measure my tread depth for a warranty claim and that I would have to schedule a future appointment even though there were technicians standing around the work bay. I purchased the most expensive all season tires they make and they lasted for half of the warrantied tread life even though I frequently had my wheels aligned professionally (I purchased a three year alignment policy with Goodyear). The advisor clearly just didn’t want to deal with me and so I must wait even longer to have my now dangerous tires replaced.

We mentioned this to her and said we are going to get it looked at, thinking that we can just stop by anywhere to get it done. She said go to Goodyear, so as we passed several shops that does tire repair her words stayed with me “ go to Goodyear “. Josh Kerlee immediately asked us if he could help us and listened to our issues. A while later he said that they found two tires that were leaking. I now see why my aunt told us to go to Goodyear. The technician Robert Whipple done an superb job, repairing the tires and checking for other issues or problems.We have made it back home safely , thanks to these guys. I thank you all, for the excellent service. Randy

Josh Kerlee at the Summit mall Goodyear location was the ultimate rep that saved me 500.00 to 700.00 on new tires. My 2021 Honda HR-V was in for a tire repair twice at the Honda dealer that was patched and held for @ 2 months. It began leaking again. Upon returning to the Honda dealer they instructed me the tire was not repairable. And since the Honda is a AWD they wanted me to buy 2 new tires at @ 700.00. I took it the Summit mall Goodyear location and the tire was repaired. All is well thanks to their service technician Jordan Kasparov. Thanks to a superior team at this location. Donn Klein

My 2021 Honda HR-V was in for a tire repair twice at the Honda dealer that was patched and held for @ 2 months. It began leaking again. Took my vehicle in for an oil change everything was fine until I discovered they left my vehicle running in the parking lot. I checked the time they called telling me it was done verses when I picked it up which was an hour I'm glad I didn't wait till that evening or the next day. I went back in and informed them my car had been running this entire time , the guy who helped me went to investigate what happened then came back and said the next oil change was on them and he was very apologetic. However I never seen the manager and they wrote down on a business card they own me an oil change. My concern is if in 5-6 months will they honor they owe me a oil change from something wrote on a business card. Highly doubt I will be coming back for other services.

Took my vehicle in for an oil change everything was fine until I discovered they left my vehicle running in the parking lot. I checked the time they called telling me it was done verses when I picked it up which was an hour I'm glad I didn't wait till that evening or the next day. Beautiful new store in Summit Mall! If you are at the old location, go to the left or clockwise around the mall and find the new one. Friendly helpful service writers and good technicians. Nice new waiting room and facility. Really clean neat bright and pretty place for a tire store.
