Best around! Had many problems with my subs. So I went to Best Buy. Then they ended up messing up 3 different times. So then I came to century 2000 and they got me right! Everything sounds great!

Got my subs and amp put in. I was told I couldn’t use used wire so I had to buy new wiring but they still used to the used wire?? Also my car was not clean as it was when I took it in, dirt and little rocks everywhere including some type of animal hair all over my sub box.

We had an appointment at another establishment on 6/22 to get a touchscreen radio and backup camera installed on my car. When we arrived we were told they would have to order parts and we’d have to come back 7/15. I had a trip planned and really wanted to have it for the long ride. My husband called Century 2000 on a whim as he had purchased rims there years ago. Adam told him he could bring the car that day due to a cancellation. Adam was THE kindest most professional and knowledgeable person! He explained everything in detail and just went above and beyond my customer service expectations! The turnaround time was super fast and I absolutely LOVE the work that was done!! Adam please thank your team for doing an amazing job!! You will see us again soon for my new rims and my husband’s radio!! (He’s jealous of mine now 😁) Thank you so much for the amazing experience!!! I will recommend to all my family and friends!!!!

Tony is fantastic. In current times I often find that customer service is an afterthought. However, Tony at Century 2000 knows the meaning of customer satisfaction and beyond. Tony fully explained to us that a home stereo system would be a better fit for my particular application. All though Tony didn’t sell me anything today his detailed knowledge and customer service has turned me into a walking, talking, online reviewing billboard for the company. I’m going to encourage anyone that is looking for car audio to Tony at Century 2000. Tony is a true professional, he has developed a way to add value to every customer experience that comes through his doors….even those like myself that actually need a totally different product for which he does not offer. He gets it…. The best marketing is in The reviews! 10 stars if I could!…….5 stars since I must accept hat sometimes life gives us limits!

This was my first experience with Century 2000 but the years of knowledge and skill at this local shop really shows. Adam the shop manager was very professional, hospitable and prompt. The technician Eric did the custom install so clean. The Focal setup with 3 way as well as Front kicks is really the definition of SQL. This setup is not only precise but very loud. In other builds I found myself reaching for the volume knob but there is so much head room here. Thank you very much y’all, I’m breaking it in as we speak l!

Took my car here for a touch screen, when I got my car back and I got home I couldn't get the key out of the ignition. I took it back to them thinking it was something they did. It ended up being something the previous owner did but they fixed it for me anyways without charging me more. Great service. This happened couple years ago BTW I just forgot to right a review since I don't really do them lol 😅 😆 thanks for the great service though

Had a remote start done at century, the team was so friendly and helpful. I was very impressed by the level of customer service very customer focused and took the time to explain everything to me. I had an issue with my remote start a year later took it back they fixed it no charge and again fantastic customer support! Great place great people great prices Thank you
