The guys here are super helpful and took no time at all to put on my wipers at no charge. They seem to be very knowledgeable which I appreciate. I went to return a part. Waited over 30 minutes for them to tell me to bring it back in the morning to have another store manager do the return. It kind of sucks being inconvenienced but regardless I'm hoping they can get this done in a timely manner tomorrow.

I stopped in today to get a replacement windshield wiper for my car. Brian took care of me and he was great. He showed me all my options available and help me to pick out a good replacement wiper. Brian also came out and installed it for me which I greatly appreciated. This is a great AutoZone to deal with.

The staff there were so helpful, I came in just as they were about to close and needed a headlight bulb replaced. Not only did they do it, they went above and beyond because it was NOT easy. Hands down the best customer service I’ve ever gotten!

This store has great employees that go above and beyond! I was stuck on Arlington road in front of this store on Easter a little after 4PM. I had assumed it was closed for the holiday but one of the employees came out without hesitation and jumped my battery so that I could get my car to a safer location rather then being stuck in the street at a busy intersection. I was able to make it to my destination because of him and I really appreciate it!! I apologize because I asked his name but I was also on canceling a AAA tow so I didn’t note it. If you know which employee it was based on the day and time I hope he is able to get some recognition for being awesome because he deserves it!!!!

After failed E-check went to repair shop on list I was given. Quoted price of $99 for diagnostic check then probably 2 hours work on what they said they usually find wrong. Came to AutoZone , diagnostic check said bad mass air flow sensor. I was recommended to buy new air filter and can of air flow cleaner, went back and passed E-check. $25 cost!!! Thank You to all the staff on Arlington Rd in Akron!

He was friendly and made me decide to change my 10+ year relationship with oreillys. I will definitely make 2700 S. Arlington my permanent home store. Good customer service is hard to come by and the whole store made me feel welcome!!!!!!

The young lady with the black hair and grey hoodie that helped us was fantastic. It was VERY cold out, but she stayed by our side allowed us to borrow her tools and offered many suggestions to try and get the radio panel to illuminate and function. She was a real trooper and we thank her for all her help.

I asked for a battery check engine light diagnostic and they gave me instructions and the device😵 to hook it up myself by getting down under the dash and pretend like I'm under 30... I still like the store but... Shame on you. Wear a mask and do that simple courtesy for those that can't climb and twist under their dash😵 I got it done at O'Reilly cross the street.😃
