I got battery's car issues the clerk scaned my batery and he told me that everything was ok and my batery didnt need to be replaced, i had to jump my car for the next two days trying to figure it out what was the problem, finally the mechanic told me the batery needed to be replaced urgently. Thank you O'Reilly for nothing.

I would give -5 stars if available. Online order all messed up only received partial order. Go back today. Guy has no idea what going on, tries to pawn off two used rotors and another set of pads. Get it together O'Reilly. won't waste my time again here.

Came in on 09/19/2019 to find a odd part for my RV ( a connector for the temperature sender that had fallen off and dropped onto my exhaust manifold and melted). Andy helped me at the counter and was very friendly and efficient finding the exact part number and inventory status. Unfortunately there were none in stock but Andy’s performance was exceptional in the help he provided. Perhaps a raise is in order - Just saying...

They were very helpful when my husband was replacing his gas tank. We had to go to a couple different locations to gather all that was needed but the help came from one store, we went to another store and was able to pay for what we needed at the next location at the second one.
