Expensive. Wanted to work on my car for a half hour in their lot. They told me to leave. That's kinda rediculous they didn't let me work on it. I made an effort to go to the far end of the lot. But the guy came outside to smoke a cigarette probably on the clock so what can I say. Left the low stars because I felt he should have minded his business. But he did have the right to turn me away. So the review is more about him smoking on the property. Shouldn't be smoking by customers. And sorry for leaving a salty review. Just thought I'd pay it forward, they won't let you get away with even a quick job.

O'reilly on Main Street was excellent, O'reilly at 3850 Hamilton Rd has little to no customer service. I told the Manager about his employee hanging up on me and He act as if He was not concerned at all! Pittsburgh Oreilly on Saltz burg rd by far the best. Consumers don't go to S. Hamilton Rd location. You can spend your money for low budget service.

On April 27th 2021 I have came into the store in the late evening and their was a black gentleman and a white gentleman with a bald head. As soon as I came into the store the 2 gentleman was rude. Poor customer service. I was waiting being the only person in the store and they both just looked at me and said not a word to me since I came into the store. At that point I asked "is the store open and who do I go to" being rude again the gentleman just said "what do you want ".. Furthermore this rude behavior went on the whole time and I end up leaving without my car parts even though it was on the shelf. I am a automotive technician and I have a commercial account with orallys. However I would not recommend going to this store EVER. Tomorrow I will be going and opening a new account elsewhere. Sad because I had this account for about 5 years...... I give this store 0 stars.

I've had good experiences in the past but the last time i was in the staff was less than helpful, almost annoyed by me coming in. Couldn't or wouldn't replace a car battery saying it had to be professionally installed more or less dismissing me from the store or purchasing one
