Dropped off used motor oil and the person was very rude. Giving your customers some kind of pamphlet to educate us would be preferable to talking down to us in a condescending way.

They were awesome. I’m so sad I didn’t catch the name of the man who helped me but I needed new wiper blades, I was in and out with the wiper blades on my car in 7-10 minutes. He worked to make sure I got the right blades and attachments I needed and didn't try to sell me on overpriced items. Super personal and pleasant people!

AutoZone located on North High Street Columbus, Ohio is a great place to shop when you need auto parts etc. The workers are always helpful and can answer any question pertaining to your automobile. I would like to say that Terry was extra helpful today when I visited the store. The prices are very reasonable also. I recommend AutoZone to everyone. I live close by so it is conveniently located.

Wanted to say THANK YOU to Richard for changing a battery out in my daughter's Honda on Sunday, Feb. 22, 2022. When I walked into the store Richard was smiling and so pleasant :) I had had a rough couple of days with deaths in the family and listening to him talk while working on my car made me smile. Appreciate your kindness in Clintonville!

Had to get a battery today and Ron helped me. He was so knowledgeable and efficient with my car. There was corrosion on bolts and he took good care of it. I will be back for every car need I have. Thank you Ron for your hard work!

This store was about to close and they were kind enough to take my return at the last minute and without my reciept they were able to pull up my acct and see that I purchased the part so was able to process the return and the money back to my card instantly. Very courteous and respectful.

This location has been very consistent with their above-and-beyond style of customer service. Every time I need help with my car or have questions, they don't hesitate to go out of their way to make sure my problems are solved. I rarely give 5 stars to a "non-local" business, but my experience today deems this place worthy to give such a rating. I would like to give a shoutout to Casey for taking his time to help me. Other places would easily shrug in my direction and tell me I'm on my own, but Casey really took the initiative to help. I'm immensely grateful and so is my car!

While the check said the charge was good, the battery was old and I was worried it would lose the charge so I bought a new battery. The price was reasonable and they replaced my battery for me as well. My car has the battery in a complicated location and had several parts that needed to be removed and then put back on in a specific way. I am very grateful that they did this for me, especially in 20 degree weather. Everyone that I interacted with today was very kind and helpful. I highly recommend this AutoZone location.
