So I just have to say Brandon is so awesome!!!! He was quick to get out to Kent and repair my glass for my equinox after a semi kicked a big rock up at me this morning on the way to work. Safe lite was able to get me an appointment for the same day and they were so great in offering me new wipers even tho I sell them at my company. He was respectful to me and a good conversation starter. He reassured me that he new what he was doing and I have to say I am highly impressed. I will be contacting them again if I have anymore issues.

Scheduled service 2 days in advance. They came out on time and replaced the windshield in about an hour. Fast friendly clean great service.

Completely incompetent staff. Waited until 40 min before my appointment (that was scheduled nearly two weeks in advance) to let me know they did not order the part needed in time and had no idea when it would come in. We were already on our way there when they called. Man who called was exceptionally rude and interrupted the entire time I tried to talk. Lousy customer service. This is the second time they have done this. Will never recommend them to anyone unless you are a fan of wasting your time. Service: Auto windshield repair

Too many issues with Safelite. First, they quoted me and installed aftermarket windshield only to find out recalibration does not work on my make and model and OEM was needed. Told me after they installed the aftermarket windshield that they had the same issue with the exact same vehicle a few days earlier. They had to order OEM and I would have to come back to wait another 3 hours for installation and recalibration. Several weeks later no callback on my order. I called the store where your call goes into automated cutoff. No body answers, it just hangs up. Safelite needs to throw out the automated phone service...it sucks! Service: Installation

Great experience. After the windshield was replaced, Ben the installer came out to greet me and went over everything about the installation. I highly suggest using Safelite for any of your window repair or replacement needs!

They changed my warranty appointment to having me come to their shop instead of coming to my address with no notice. My original appointment was also rescheduled by Safelite. Second windshield has even more defects.. waiting on a third windshield. Employees have done well, but the defective glass and rescheduling without notice is a fail.

I got the windshield replaced in my wife's van, within a few months we have two completely separate new major cracks. I tried to have safelite replace the windshield under warranty and they refused. They don't use good quality glass and if you hit a bug on the highway expect cracks that won't be covered under warranty. I wish I could go back to the OEM windshield they replaced, at least it only had one crack and it took a good size rock to crack it. Edit: the lower second crack doesn’t even clear spot where a rock hit, it’s just a crack. I believe the glass we received was faulty. Service: Auto windshield replacement
