FIND ANOTHER COMPANY. WE HAD SEVERAL APPOINTMENTS THEY CANCELED. YOU CAN'T TALK TO A PERSON... , AS TO WHY THEY CANCELED, WANT US TO COME TO THEM WHEN IT WAS SCHEDULED TO FIX A LEAKING RECENT INSTALL. ALSO WANT TO GET CARD INFO FOR A CONVERSATION.

Safelite did an amazing job! Here is a before and after of my front windshield that needed a complete replacement. I only had to wait 2 days for an appointment and the entire process of replacing the windshield only took about an hour and half. I highly recommend their services.

I'm very upset at the repair that I had March 2nd, 2020. The side trim on both sides of my engine bay is missing. I can see that they snapped the retaining clips that held the trim on. Rather than replace them it would appear they just left my trim off. As a result, the filler neck for my windshield washer fluid fell off, and landed right against the serpentine belt. The belt ate a large chunk of the filler neck away, and it's basically useless. I don't know what happened to my trim, and I don't understand why they even had to take it off, but it's necessary to keep the filler neck in place. I've called Safelite care, and have an appointment for them to come to my house to "assess what went wrong with the repair". Update (Mar. 10, 2020): Safelite mobile repair came to take pictures of my missing trim and hole in the filler neck. The tech who came out was awesome, and very friendly. He told me I can expect someone to get ahold of me, and that he's not sure how long it will take. Update (Sep. 7, 2021): Covid happened, and I think I fell through the cracks. I've since paid out of pocket to replace the trim and filler neck myself.

While I understand cracks may happen while repairing a chip but never had one happen thru Safelite til now...the tech mentioned it might before he started but probably just covering himself...and didn't care that it did happen

Top notch customer service! Brought my car in for a full windshield replacement following a severe hail storm. The front desk was extremely polite. I received text messages while they repaired my windshield during the entire process! I had a scheduled appointment and it took just over an hour. 👍Would highly recommend this center!

Very friendly staff and great service. We had an issue with the field replacement of our windshield and Safelite replaced the windshield in their shop very quickly. No problems since.
