Absolutely the worst experience I've had with a credit union.not only did they screw up on overdraft charges ,paying out on fraudulent charges and so on when I tried to get help I had to deal with a young lady with the Morales of a rock! Find somewhere else and stay away from mrs McCurry she's No Help at All

The WORST bank. Between having our account compromised twice in a year, and the “policies” and treatment given to us in that time; no other bank will treat you the way 5Point does. They DO NOT return funds right away. You will wait anywhere to 7-14 days to receive those funds that get taken away. You are treated like a criminal. When someone zeros your account, and they tell you to pull funds and they will cover courtesy pay fees (that is a lie). It has been a constant headache dealing with this bank. The icing on the cake, so to speak, is when a gas station held funds as ‘pending’ on our account, the next day ‘posted’ that payment; but never released the ‘pending’ amount as well. So we technically double paid for gas. I went to this gas station a couple of times and didn’t realize it did that. So with my running total in my head of knowing what I had, we spent and it started putting us negative. So we ended up racking $120 in courtesy pay fees. I did the math without the added gas fees and courtesy pay fees, we should be positive! The bank refuses to return courtesy pay fees, but will ‘unhold’ the pending gas fees. Though we aren’t $120 negative, we are still negative. This bank is a headache, and we are DONE banking with them.
