I was doing two transactions at window gave the teller money straight from ATM never put it on my possession and even had the receipt from ATM of how much it was and he took it was supposed to put it in my husband's account and said the money was short by 100 dollars I was so upset finally the manager came found the mistake he made and fixed the problem but until then he was basically saying I did not give him the proper amount of money it was a horrible experience and almost cost me a hundred dollars be careful at this bank !!

I have banked with Woodforest since 2012. I have never gotten a fee. If you simply pay attention when opening the account you can see that most to all fees are avoidable. Extended hours are a plus and with Covid you could tell that even though they changed hours, they let you walk up without appointment unlike every other bank close by. Woodforest is awesome in my opinion.

Unbelievably rude young man working at the front desk was not only unhelpful but disrespectful and not interested in taking the recommended precautions for the virus to reduce or prevent the spread to other people please do not go in here to do business if you are interested in kindness or concerns at all

My first experience with Woodforest was horrible at the time I believe the name of the manager was Hugo. They opened my account wrong; so it was hard for anybody to find my account by my driver's license - social & sometimes even with my debit card! I wasn't ever able to get online banking. The branch would blame it on corporate and of course corporate would blame it on the branch, however once they made they made Adriana the manager which has been for quite some time now. Thanks to whoever hired her! I can finally say I love my bank at Woodforest. I only go to visit my home Branch because of Adriana ; her care for her customers and her customer support is amazing. She also seems to hire very good employees such as Haley she she is great. After the account Hugo opened got shut down. Adriana , Haley and Nathan we're able we're able to get myself a new account thee way it should have been set up in the first place. I truly hope that people who have had bad experiences do not hate Woodforest forever I had a bad experience but thanks to this branch and Adriana I constantly have great experience every single time I call or go in person. Thank you Adriana and all team members. Haley is by far one of the best Tellers there. This Branch treats their customers like family and I love it. Today Mauricio Ramirez was the teller that handled my accounting needs thank thank you Mauricio Ramirez for giving me such great service today. Not only was mr. Ramirez able to happily please at least three customers at one time wow what a Super Trooper worker! I will honestly recommend the Woodforest off of 646 to anyone who asks if they need a good place to bank at Adriana I'm sending them your way. Love you guys!

Horrible bank they allow there employees to use drugs and when they are given clear undeniable proof they still allow them to work there and they even let them be managers so if you don’t mind some strung out tweaker or a coke head handling your money head on over to Woodforest bank.

Was walking out of Wal-Mart passed by the local woodforest branch one of the employees looks like they had not slept in days and was hungover I felt if i got any closer I might smell alcohol come on woodforest lets keep it professional.
