I don't understand why people are complaining about overdraft fees, could it be because they don't keep sufficient funds in their account, we have been with EECU for over 20 years, only one time and I had a fraudulent problem and they contacted me right away and took care of the problem and yes I had to wait to get my money back, it is a process they have to follow, as far as I am concerned, EECU is a great credit union!!!

They'd be all right if they didn't rip you off with the overdraft fees. If you make a mathematical error and catch it within a few hours, and deposit money to cover it, they still hit you for $35. My other bank doesn't so that as long as you cover it the same day. So , they will be my primary account for now on

I can’t wait to withdraw all my money out of my accounts with eecu. I’m done wrestling with you all every time I need to deposit a check. Do better!!!

They staff at the Clifford Street branch is Outstanding. They are all very friendly, helpful and very easy to work with. Our whole family are members of EECU and enjoy working with each associate. If we ever need anything extra, the Branch Manager, Mrs. Curry is always happy to help. We drive out of our way to do our banking with EECU at the Clifford Street branch.

I've been with EECU for 16 years and I've always had great service. Stephanie, the branch manager at Clifford St is just one of a kind. She is professional, yet friendly and personable. Having come from a banking background, with good and bad experiences, I can truly say she will go the extra mile for her customers. If I were to move out of state, I would keep my account with EECU because of Stephanie Curry!!!

I went in today wanting to close my account for various different reasons, the main one being a fraudulent charge on my account I noticed today. I called the customer service number prior to coming in so I could dispute the charge but was told I had to wait for the charge to go through before I could dispute it. I was really alarmed by this and went ahead and moved the money still in my account at EECU to another account at a different bank because I did not want to risk the same person stealing more money from me...When I went into the location at white settlement, Kate was so professional and helpful with explaining the process for disputing charges and she was even able to check to see if I was eligible for a regular checking account instead of the 2nd chance account I currently had. By the time it was all said and done we were able to get my account changed to a regular checking account and she assured me that I will get my money back for the fraudulent charge as soon as it clears through the account. I appreciate all the help Kate gave me today and for turning a negative experience with this bank into a positive one. Thanks so much Kate! YOU ROCK!!!

This credit union has been amazing. They gave me a line of credit loan when Bank of America that I'd been with for 30 years turned me down even with an excellent credit rating. The staff is always friendly and super helpful. They've been great to work with.

I came in needing to do a couple of things with my auto loan and Stephanie helped me out! I really wasn’t sure what I was doing and she made me feel at ease. Stephanie was patient with my questions and my need to triple check my math. I would definitely recommend her and I appreciate her knowledge and kindness.

The people who work at this branch location are super friendly every time I go. I really enjoy walking in, and there is rarely a long line. The ladies at the teller counter are especially warm and inviting. They always have genuine smiles.

I hate even giving one star. The customer service at this location is terrible. This is not our usual location but stopped here on the way home from a vacation. We stood in line for 20 minutes while one teller helped a man balance a check book. The one other cashier was working a very large cash deposit but sure was taking her sweet time. The one drive thru teller walked out early with people in the drive thru. We left, but when we complained the security officer working there had the worst attitude and was very disrespectful mumbling under his breath. I understand they were understaffed, but the right thing to do would have been to at least acknowledge all the customers waiting for so long and apologize for our wait. Nope, none of that. I will never bank there again. I have banked at the Hulen, 7th Street and Weatherford locations and have nothing but great things to say about the customer service at those locations. I will never be back to the White Settlement location. Poor management!!!
