I've been banking with the company for quite a long time. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, it's always a pleasure stopping in for a visit.

This location is the best. Everyone there is nice and greets us everytime. Nick C. is our favorite banker! He has assisted us many times over the phone or in person and I love how he always acknowledges our children. He is an absolute gem! Never let him go! :)

There has been a few times that I have spoken with Delynn Miller. And every time I am given to her I am given the worst customer service. Today I called and had a question about one of my expired cards not showing up in the mail. Whenever my cards have been expired they show up automatically. I have been with this bank for almost 15 years, actually longer than that. I called today and Miss Miller answered the phone and I told her I needed help with figuring out where my new card was. She said Hold on and transferred me to an express bank. This has a 25 minute hold. So I called back the bank to ask them about my card another young lady helped me and told me that it was returned back to them. Bank Of Texas not let me know that I had a card that was returned to them. The card was mailed out in August it is now mid September. I asked if I could have someone help me change my address, which I have done plenty of times before over the phone with one of the branches. My phone screen is cracked and it is impossible to do things on the online mobile banking app. She spent 10 minutes of my time explaining that there was no possible way she was going to have any resources to change my address for me. Her reasoning was because they only had two people in the branch. And the reason they send people to Xpress bank is so they can service the customers that are inside the branch. I understand that if you’re busy but there was only one person so her other response was I can’t help you just in case someone walks in and this is at 12 o’clock. Please tell me why a bank manager Feels that her time of rebuttal for 10 minutes was efficient. It also serves no purpose for client retention. Now I know why everyone prefers frost

Bank of Texas consistently provides excellent customer service. It is one of the few places I look forward to visiting in person.

Ashley is by far the best banker I have ever ran into. So nice, resectful and knowledgeable. She either had a fabulous memory or a excellent CRM, because she remembers details about my family and banking needs from a few years ago when I left Wellsfargo for BoT. If you are looking for a branch that makes you feel welcomed, come in and talk to Ashley. She will earn your business like she did mine. BoT has my business for the indefent future. @Bank of Texas executives, make Ashley branch manager of this store!!!

Please recognize there efforts on what the mission of your brand. Thank you for having them in our community. I am sure they are number 1 in your organization. Bank of Texas gives you that "local" feel of days gone by. When I pull into the drive-in window with my dog in the car, the teller always has dog biscuits for her. I don't think you'd get that at Chase....lol.

This location is fine, but it's the company.... Fees fees fees!!! I mean I don't know what the deal is with all the fees, its not like we are getting any usable technology or rockin service! Worse than the big boys. If you need cash, get ready to pay a fee! They used to have atms conveniently in most krogers which was nice, when that contract ended this bank started sucking! You would think they would waive fees if they have no atms, think again. They tell me to set up a $5/mo auto transfer to my savings... That will stop the fees... Wrong still getting them...I have direct deposit on my checking once a month... Ha, I get fees on my checking account. Oh you live in one of those cities that shares a zip code with a neighboring city good luck your card will get declined multiple embarrassing times. The technology is archaic... The app/website looks like a 4 yr old designed it back in the 90's, and the statements look like them have a grandma in the back office typing them on a typewriter monthly. Overall...If you're looking for a bank keep looking!
