I have been banking here for 5 years now and the staff is always knowledgeable and courteous with me. They are always super friendly and willing to help me resolve any issues. I was assigned with a young lady name Ashley I’ve been seeing her for years and I’ve been coming to this location for years since I used to stay in the apartments right next-door to this Walmart and all I got to say is she is the reason why I come she’s so sweet along with other women here I love this location. The worst location i ever been poor service. I have account and them deny give me change even if I deposit the money and get cash back the manager was rude and unprofessional the service was so slow i take 30 minutes on line just for get no for answer

I had never had an issue with this branch or this bank until the recent change in management (David Gandy, I think). My first issue arose a few weeks back when I attempted to cash a check and the manager refused. I went to another branch (same bank mind you) and they had no issue doing just that. Yesterday I went to deposit a check and asked beforehand if there would be any holds on my account or the check. The representative checked my account, called the number on the check and notified me there would not be any holds. Later that evening I received notification that my account was in the negative and there was a hold on my check The very thing that I was trying to avoid. Customer service recommended that I speak to my branch to fix the issue. The branch manager came over to myself and the representative I initially spoke with to let me know that the representative who deposited the check was wrong and that as the branch manager he had the right to place holds. Whatever happened to taking responsibility for information provided by your employees or actually providing customer service? I again called in to customer service who let me know that even if the bank issuing the check verified the funds the manager of the branch still had the discretion to maintain the hold. So much for bills getting paid. I will never do business at this branch again let alone with this bank.

The representative there are very nice and attentive. The bank services are limited but for now, align with my needs. It's in Walmart which helps with shopping. Except a little old man stole my empty shopping cart when i was in line at the bank. Shame on him.

The employees give great customer service. Some days are busier than others, but I've never had to wait over 15 minutes for service!!

Refused to give change without an account. Terrible banking/business policies. I understand if I was trying to cash a check to refuse without an account. However only exchanging money is different
