First Convenience Bank

When I made it through the line I stood in front of one of the cashiers for what seemed like 5 minutes and wasn’t acknowledged at all. It was the craziest thing, the cashier didn’t say a single thing didn’t even say the usual “i will be with you in minute”. I understand customer service has gone out the window but from a bank? It was good while it lasted but time to swap banks. ~Chris

Wells Fargo Bank

I usually have a pleasant experience at most Wells Fargo locations, except for today at the Ridglea branch. I came in to do the same exact transaction that I have done several times at this location. However, the person assisting me today decided to provide me with a difficult experience. He was not helpful at all and even threatened to take my debit card away for no reason. It does not matter that I’ve been a Wells Fargo customer for several years, he made sure to make me never want to return back again. Every other time I’ve been to this location, I’ve been helped. Beware of the employee named Alejandro Ponce. ~Marilyn

Worthington National Bank

I was referred to Worthington Bank by a colleague of mine, and he told me to call Lexi Summers. Lexi picked up on my first call, and was awesome to work with as a new bank customer. She was quick to respond to any questions I had while starting up a new account with them. She and Dolores were great to work with, and I would recommend you call them for ANY banking needs you have. 5 Stars all day. ~Jesse

First Financial Bank

I worked with Irene Greene for our first home loan, and highly recommend her. Irene is kind, patient, and a teacher. She ensured that I understood the details of the loans and guided us to closing on time. Irene even came to the closing day to help with any questions and provide support as well. I hear that it’s quite rare for lenders to still do that. All in all, Irene’s customer service is unmatched. She got us competitive rates with low fees. You really get the full package with her! ~John

Chase Bank

Drive thru is always fast and efficient (just don't get behind a pickup full of workers cashing checks on a Friday). The inside team is great and recognizes regulars. It's a full service bank that doesn't charge fees like most banks. ~Van

Wells Fargo Bank

I recommend coming to this location that the location in Lake Worth, Everyone that works in Lake Worth are really rude and unprofessional. They don’t care about you or trying to take care of you. I called the location in Lake Worth to try to make an appointment to get a temporary card and they said they were “booked” for the whole day. I called this location and she told me that they were booked as well but stated that she can take a short lunch to help me get a temporary card because she knows how it feels to not have a debit card. I really appreciate her doing that because not even the location in Lake Worth did that. I went into the location and she had everything set up for me so it didn’t even take 10min. This isn’t the first time they’ve helped me like this before, I always call Lake Worth first since it’s closer to me but selfish people don’t care in helping you. ~Isabel
