I recommend coming to this location that the location in Lake Worth, Everyone that works in Lake Worth are really rude and unprofessional. They don’t care about you or trying to take care of you. I called the location in Lake Worth to try to make an appointment to get a temporary card and they said they were “booked” for the whole day. I called this location and she told me that they were booked as well but stated that she can take a short lunch to help me get a temporary card because she knows how it feels to not have a debit card. I really appreciate her doing that because not even the location in Lake Worth did that. I went into the location and she had everything set up for me so it didn’t even take 10min. This isn’t the first time they’ve helped me like this before, I always call Lake Worth first since it’s closer to me but selfish people don’t care in helping you.

Took me 40 min in the drive thru business to be helped . They need to hire more tellers and I’m never coming to this bank again. I strongly recommend the lake worth location .

I've been trying to set up a bank account with them since Friday here it is now Monday and I'm still not able to make an account with them and they're telling me I have to wait until tomorrow the whole reason I want this bank account is so I know my money is safe

Painfully slow Drive thru tellers. Go to the farthest bank in town and you'll easily make back before your turn here.

Very bad customer service experience happened today (this is not the first time). We always have problems when we go to the bank with the employee Nayeli. She always has an attitude and always rolls her eyes when we need assistance. We have never been rude to her and she always seems like she never wants to be there. We have never had bad experiences with other employees, just her. When we asked for balances in our accounts she started giving us attitude and rolling her eyes. When we politely said we were missing a paper receipt she said that she did give it too us and started smirking and saying she did, with attitude of course and rolled her eyes! She even got mad because we asked for an envelope for our cash, something so simple to do and she had an attitude. We were so polite at the beginning but when she kept doing it, we told her that if your working here you shouldn’t have an attitude and she just laughed it out. Nayeli really needs some more training in customer service and hopefully her management provides it. Nayeli if you don’t want to work there just quit or find another job because we have never been rude to you, we don’t even know you, and you are always having an attitude. She is making our experiences so bad at this location since she is always there when we go.

Slowest drive thru bank tellers ever!!! Maybe they should hire extra tellers during this Covid 19 time. Since the lobby is closed, you would think they would be on it with the drive thru customers. They took away the commercial lane so now business customers have to wait 30 mins just to make a deposit!
