When I made it through the line I stood in front of one of the cashiers for what seemed like 5 minutes and wasn’t acknowledged at all. It was the craziest thing, the cashier didn’t say a single thing didn’t even say the usual “i will be with you in minute”. I understand customer service has gone out the window but from a bank? It was good while it lasted but time to swap banks.

These use to be a good bank but lately the staff is more interested in talk about personal stuff and talk to guys that stop by and flirt with them than do their work help the customers you will have to stay in lane for at least 30 minutes before they can said to you we will help you soon instead i started to go to the bank inside walmart they are real professionals in my opinion i wish they hired new staff that really want to work for these location i kroger is just a block from my house

The staff here is very friendly and courteous but this is not a good bank. I had an account there for three or four years had over a $50,000 balance in my accounts, my beacon is mid to upper 600's. I applied for an RV loan that I was putting more than 50% cash down on and asked for a $20,000 loan and they turn me down. I had posted three times that amount in deposits so I collected my money and went to EECU where customer service goes beyond expectations

Managers were completely rude. Treating bad with attitude, talking to them like they were children. Truly felt bad for the nice woman who was helping me with my account, she was treated so terribly but remain in character. Hope she finds employment else where, she doesn’t need to deal with rude managers and supervisors.

Not nice enough to change my big bill for small bills bc I dont bank there. Instead they would rather me wait in the customer service line of Kroger. Why would I bank with poor customer service like that?

We been with this bank since 2013 and I love it, we love the ladies and the man here, I wont even try and spell his name! I love my kroger and my bank, they know us, there were times when we would come in and they would already have our account pulled up as we are walking to the counter, and all we would ha e to do is swipe our card! I love my bank

This is the worst bank I have ever used! I have had my account for 18 months and suddenly they started charging me a $12 monthly service fee putting my account in the negative. I have not been given any notice of this change. It should be renamed 1ST INCONVENIENCE BANK!

I like this bank and .25 money orders are a big plus. Sometimes there is a wait. I try my hardest to never see the bank by paying all my bills in advance and having direct deposit. The few times I do have to see them it is a painless ordeal beside a wait if there is a long line. Other than that I have all positive things to say about this bank. I hate when people complain about overdraft. If you dont have the money then dont spend it. Or for those that are irresponsible they have an option to turn off overdraft protection where it will decline every time instead of the fee. There is a minimal fee for this as well but it will be well worth it if you are someone who does not regularly check their balance.

Don't really care for this bank nor branch. I've walked up to make withdrawals or deposits to hear the associates discussing personal business while handling my transactions on multiple occasions. When I went to close my account the associate immediately responded with a negative attitude. I'll never open another account with them.

This location was super slow and questioned what I was doing and why. Just do what I ask and be done with it. It's not rocket science. Plus the asst branch mgr was rude to the co worker who was helping me. The poor lady seemed scared to make any mistakes. She even mentioned she will get in trouble if she does something wrong. I don't think I'll ever go back to this location.
