I have been attempting to receive a wire transfer for a paycheck for TWO weeks. I have spoken to MULTIPLE people asking for help as to why the transfer is being rejected. I finally was explained that my account doesn’t support wire transfer. It is totally unacceptable for me to be taken in circles for weeks when this could’ve been fixed after the first attempt being rejected. Very upset with how the customer service line handled this situation.

Drive thru is always fast and efficient (just don't get behind a pickup full of workers cashing checks on a Friday). The inside team is great and recognizes regulars. It's a full service bank that doesn't charge fees like most banks.

I let them hang onto my money until I need to use it , which has been a pretty good experience. They dont charge me for doing that either. Kinda like friends , but better. Because sometimes friends will keep your money and thats not cool.

It has been 2 months i have been able to get checks. The Rating of 1 star also includes the Corporate Customer Service, as they have been bouncing me between each other. I called them and they sent me to the branch, I go to the branch and they send me back to the "on-line/customer service" I still have not been able to get resolution on the checks. Also, FYI Chase has figured it out when you are upset and you want to ask for the "supervisor" they do not transfer you to a supervisor, they just transfer you to another call center (non-supervisor) and they practice the human pharmacological aspect of "changing faces". It is scientifically proven that when you just change the initial contact person customers are more likely to calm down and give up on what their issues are. Today, I was shocked at what kind of bellow the line, unacceptable, and relationship changing experience I was part of. Chase it horrible. I am seriously closing the account and opening an account with U.S. Bank, or EECU. I bet there is no bank or small town local credit union that provides less of a customer service than chase,

Been sitting here an hour and a half so far just to get added to my wife's checking account. We have to wait to see a "banker", but there is only one in this building of 6 workers. The 2 "tellers" up front can't do anything to help us, the "teller" in the back can't help us. 3 women up front in cubicles, 2 are I guess atm managers and can't do anything but suggest people coming in the door to use the atm, and one "banker" helping the 4 families trying to add others to an account. (We've had time to sit and talk.) In conclusion, I've had better service in jail. 12-4-17. Tried again, Lupita couldn't see us even though we made it in at 4.15, and 5.30. Told we couldn't see her because with the customer before us would take another 20 minutes and they close at 6, while what we wanted done (adding me to my wife's checking account) would take 30-45 minutes, and they have families to see as well and can't stay an extra 20-35 min past closing. Have to make an appointment, but good news, it's on Thursday 7 full days, or 5 business after I have started this process and waited inside the branch almost 3.5hrs total. In conclusion, I wish Wells Fargo wasn't so shady.

Pathetic service today. I asked for rolls of half dollars, they didn't have any. I asked if any could be ordered. After a conference between the tellers, they told me NO, they couldn't do it. It wasn't possible. So when I left, I called the branch on 377 in Benbrook. They said they could order whatever amount I wanted and they'd call me when it got there.

I call ahead to get a notary and the assistant branch manager says no one is waiting and i can come right in. I drive 15 minutes to the branch and now there is a 30 min wait. "The manager never asked or set an appointment for me to see the banker". I then tell the Assistant all managers should be able to do notary's, why cant you do it yourself? She responds I am the only teller working and my branch manager has been in the bathroom for over 10 minutes. When the branch manager exits the bathroom I ask her where is all your employees? why is only 1 banker here? and why cant you or your managers complete my notary??? she verbally attacks me and says its none of my business to approach her regarding why no employees are there to serve chases customers..........

Horrible!!! I went in to their office to make a transaction. She took my ID and Bank Card went to the back helped Everybody in the drive thru first and 15 minutes later she came back to the front. NICE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! There was another lady with her register open but never offered to go help the lady in the drive thru or myself! What should have been a 3 minute transaction turned into 15 minutes! Nobody even apologized for the delay either!
