I will never order from this place again!!!! Terrible customer service from the general manager!!! I called to complain about the chicken I received. I ordered chicken tenders and got a cluster mess of chicken. Very dissatisfaction and I will never order from them again!!!! Only recently found Maxim's even though I've lived in the area for many years. It has become one of my favorite places for pizza. I especially like their thick crispy crust and pizza sauce and usually order the deluxe. I also prefer to eat in the small eating area so I can eat it piping hot right out of the oven. I'll usually get a couple pieces of baklava for dessert. The staff is always very friendly and accomodating. ~Ken

Within 5 minutes of being in there, I found a random white pill sitting on the shelf. It took several minutes for any clerk to care. My Granddaughter went searching for someone to remove it! Any child could have put that in their mouth! I totally expected a more urgent response. Not acceptable! ~Rita

I went here for what was advertised as a "curly cut" because I have wavy hair. The first thing the stylist did was dry brush my hair so it was a frizzy mess then take a "before photo" (which is a horrible misrepresentation of what my hair looks like regularly). Then he sprayed it down to cut it (curly cuts are normally dry cuts), recommended a curl-relaxing product during the cut, took two hours to cut my hair, and then blow dried and straightened at the end. I literally left my "curly cut" with straight hair, you're supposed to leave with curlier hair? The actual cut itself was fine which is the only reason I'm giving two stars instead of one. ~Jacey

Excellent car wash service!! The attendants are always pleasant and friendly. The free towel and air freshener are a great addition to the service. My vehicle comes out better than any other car wash I have used!! LOVE THIS PLACE!! ~Lisa

I'm stopping around to local sub shops this summer without a clue what to order. I got a New York Steamer (corned beef + pastrami, +mustard and dressing). I VERY curiously asked to add banana peppers, and they said OK. I didn't realize I needed to specifically request lettuce or tomato or anything else. The mustard and dressing was an appropriate amount: minimal... because the sub was literally "flat" even though was served in a 'full size container' Kudos to the new trainee that made it though: all the meat and cheese stayed in the bun, but it was a very boring "meat and cheese" sandwich. You're not Arby's: you can't get away with a boring "beef and cheddar" you gotta have a better default option for toppings, or **at least indicate the Customer needs to SELECT toppings!** Maybe your typical customer base doesn't desire vegetables, but the busy menu didn't make it clear that I needed to "ASK to have COLD veggies ADDED to HOT subs". I desired a salty meat and cheese FIREHOUSE SUB and got a 'meat and cheese on bread'. I did walk away with a 5gal Firehouse Charity Pickle Bucket for $3 and I'm happy about helping there. 3/5 stars Hot Sauce Bottles were missing, no veggies on the sub, $1.75 for a 12oz CAN of soda... no bonus points here: 3/5 stars. ~Zach
