Walk ins are not welcome. The soonest I could get in when walking in was 2 hours and they made me create an appointment. With no one at the counter, the check in machine would not auto detect my insurance card and could not even sign up for that. If I knew I still have to make an appointment, I would have just done that. This was on Friday early in the morning with just 1 pweson in the waiting room. ~Jamok

My fiancé and I were last minute shopping for our wedding rings( wedding was a week away). After being completely ignored at Kay jewelers, we stopped into Ashcroft & oak (mentor location). We were immediately greeted by Gabriel. He spent the next 20-30 minutes showing us various options, as well as finding a wedding ring to perfectly match my wife’s engagement ring. I would absolutely recommend stopping in to see him and will continue to do so my self. He made the entire experience pleasant and easy. And my wife couldn’t be happier with the ring he selected. I love online web shopping at Great Lakes Boutique. The live images are what first drew me to their website, as a lot of other websites only offer stock images for you to purchase beads from. But I've since found that their customer service is very good and I've used the online Chat feature more times than I can count when a question has come up. Highly recommend! ~Debora

Safelite did an amazing job! Here is a before and after of my front windshield that needed a complete replacement. I only had to wait 2 days for an appointment and the entire process of replacing the windshield only took about an hour and half. I highly recommend their services. ~Zachary
