Walk ins are not welcome. The soonest I could get in when walking in was 2 hours and they made me create an appointment. With no one at the counter, the check in machine would not auto detect my insurance card and could not even sign up for that. If I knew I still have to make an appointment, I would have just done that. This was on Friday early in the morning with just 1 pweson in the waiting room.

This is the worst place I've ever been too. No walk ins. I made an appt and still waiting pass my scheduled time and there are no other customers here. I'm sitting here trying to hold my urine. No one is never available at the front desk. Unprofessional!

This location falsely advertises weekend hours for drug screening (which is why I selected the location) and once I made an appointment refused to accept my ID.

Had my blood drawn here. Only had to wait about 5 minutes till I was called in. MaryAnn was wonderful, and I barely felt a pinch at all. Was there for a total of about 15 minutes. Will definitely be returning when needed.

Slick check in process! I scheduled appointment on their website, got a text confirmation and a link for checking in. When I arrived, I selected the link they sent and automatically checked me in! It then displayed my appointment checked-in confirmation on their lobby monitor! I didn't have to use the touch screen. Staff was very friendly and efficient. Three years ago I was frustrated with them and gave a 1 star review because they would not answer their phone, and I had to drive there in person to ask my questions. However, they seemed to have made a lot of improvements since then!

Did a walk in on Friday the 25th . I waited 30 min then I was told they have no time because people have appointments set up . Scheduled for the next day sat . Appointment was set for 8:10. They took me in at 8:35 . People that had later app were taken in before me and even a walk-in was taken before me . Totally not happy with the way things were handled . The employee working on Friday was not very nice either .

I had probably the worst blood draw experience I've ever had in my life here. The phlebotomist, Stephanie Crumm, completely missed my vein and hurt my arm so badly I ripped the needle out. After I did that, the first words out of Stephanie Crumm's mouth were, "You can't do that! You could have hurt me!" I could have hurt her???? She really did hurt me. Thank you for your upmost consideration for the patient, sweetheart. I really appreciate it. I also really appreciated your sarcastic and utterly rude attitude when I tried to get your name. Thank you so much for that. I did try to inform corporate about this matter, but they never got back to me. And if they try to post a reply to this, it's bs.

Terrible. I registered for an appointment on the Quest Diagnostics website, and received an email confirmation with a QR code for my appointment. I arrived early and tried to sign in using their electronic check-in device, only to be told by the device that my appointment was "no longer available." That wasn't true because I had the confirmation email. There was no one behind the desk to help. After 20 minutes of waiting, someone finally came out of the back and said that I should use the electronic sign-in device to sign up for a walk-in appointment. I tried the electronic check-in device again, only to be told I was over 10 minutes late for my appointment and the machine wouldn't let me register! And of course, with no one helping at the desk, I couldn't get assistance to fix the error. I left Quest Diagnostics and drove directly to a Lake Health location that checked me in and had my test completed within 10 minutes-- no line and there was actually someone working the registration desk to help me. I should have just gone to Lake Health to begin with. I won't bother going to Quest again, and neither should you.

Went in and I was early and they would not see me because I was early. I told them I had to urinate really bad the lady still wouldn't see me....I think it was because I was black and the older lady talked to me like I was a toddler asking me are "are you sure you have to use the bathroom before I complete the steps to do this drug screen", she said it would make her job a lot easier. Their customers services is garbage. They didn't come to the front desk at all even when you knock on the window. If you ask me they need new workers or training on costumer services.

Works best if you have an appointment, you get taken ahead of walkins. I have always been a walkin and have seldom had to wait over 15 minutes to be seen. The regular woman is usually quick and almost painless in her blood draws. My insurance usually covers the entire cost of the draw and analysis.
