Will Never Patronize This Location Again. Saturday 09-03-22 Called In, Gave My Order. Half Hour Later I Arrived To Find They Never Made My Order! Very Poor Management. The End.

This is some of my favorite pizza. It sucks because they aren't all over like they used to be but definitely worth the drive to find one. Also their sheet pizzas are perfect for birthday parties. Good size unmatchable taste. Vegetarian options: They have many different vegetable options. Easily more than meats that are available. There is also salad and breads. With plenty of non meat desserts. Kid-friendliness: The building itself is not very kind friendly, boring walk in buy food and leave. If anything it would be kid friendly as far as the food because all kids like pizza. Especially messy pizza such as italo's. Parking: Plenty of parking right out front. Wheelchair accessibility: One floor to the building makes it hard not to be accessible to any handicap.

Will never go back to this location, pizza took 50 mins. Zero apologies. Rude cook or whoever cuts up the pizza, cashier was apologized so it wasn’t her fault. I’ll go to pizza oven next time

Excellent product! I do love the flavor and consistency of the items. This medium is floating a bit in it's box though. Needed to be just a little bigger.

Pizza was ok, but the woman at the register is just rude and nasty. First, as I was waiting to give her my name, she was yelling at someone ordering over the phone who clearly couldn't hear her. Next, after waiting 25 minutes for our order to be ready, for whatever reason, our small was just going in the oven. Her excuse was "as you can see, we're busy". This would be an acceptable excuse except, the large was done and boxed. I then asked her if the jojo's were ready and she mumbled something under her breath that she wouldn't repeat when I asked her what she said, so I'm sure it wasn't anything professional. I understand things happen but there was no ownership or even an apology for the issue. I wish I could say this was the first time I received an attitude from the people that work there, but it seems every time we go there they are just rude and nasty. We use to go there more often but stopped because of the service. I regret going back and won't be back again. There are many more pizza shops around town and I haven’t had one yet be rude and nasty, especially when they make a mistake.

After consuming many pizzas from Italo’s over the years, I am confident in choosing to rate 5/5 stars for Italo’s Pizza, my favorite pizza place in the area. The pizza is always consistently well made and very well tasting. I haven’t tried much of their other menu items besides the pizza and chicken wings. I also give those a top tier rating and recommend them.
