Been banking here since it was Harter bank. Staff is always friendly and even the new tellers know your name after just a couple of visits. Great hometown bank !!! Keep up the good work !!!

Went to drive through today at approximately 130pm. After a couple of minutes a lady came to camera to say there are 3 people ahead of us and we could use a debit card at ATM or online app. The customer i was driving to bank is 94 yeasts old and uses neither a debit card or a banking app. We did not have any cars ahead or beside us, so I'm assuming she had customers inside to take care of. We waited about 5 minutes and in that time it wasn't difficult to notice how absolutely dirty and cruddy the entire area was. For goodness sake, if you're going to make me wait that long, pass out the Windex and cleaning rags and I'll do it! Summary of visit... way too long of a wait and filthy drive through conditions.
