Don’t expect your food when quoted. Never has to-go orders ready on time. Pizza is average. The only plus side is the ladies I encountered in there seemed nice. Management should consider chairs for more comfort while waiting.

If I could rate a NEGATIVE 0 to post my experience, I would've. I placed my simple order received confirmation onsite, in an email and also from my bank. All confirmed the order was being made. 2 minutes later-I receive NOT FROM PAPA JOHN'S, but only from my bank that my order was cancelled. So I try calling Papa John's no one answers the phone. I call back press 5 to speak with manager-no one answers. Then I get an email from Papa John's stating my order has been cancelled bc they couldn't confirm my phone number by phone...NO ONE CALLED ME. I called back no one answers. Ok if someone is "saying" they tried to call..then why is there no one picking up a phone when I've called for 20 mins???? So I put in my order again ..same story all over again. No one picks up the phone, order goes through, order cancelled..but NO NOTIFICATIONS OR CALLS FROM PAPA JOHN'S. Finally I hit 5 again to speak with the manager..someone answers. I politely tell him what happened and I just need to know if my dinner is coming or not bc at this rate I have no idea. He says the order is being made and I need to hold so he can contact the store directly to cancel one of the payments. Please note that my bank has already informed me that both had been cancelled. He mumbles something that I am still unclear as to what he said as he was fumbling over his speech the entire call. As I wait per his instructions so that he can contact the store and fix the payment issue, the phone starts ringing...WHAT?!?! I am now calling into the store that I cldnt get a hold of anyone at in the first place. So an hour and a half later...still no dinner, no calls or emails and now I have to try and get someone on the freakin' phone to deal with this in the morning!!! TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!! DON'T WORK IN CUSTOMER SERVICE IF YOU DONT CARE TO AQUIRE AND PRESENT THE SKILLS TO DO SO! 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

There are serious health violations in this store. Long hair everywhere, no hats or hair nets, employees chewing gum and wearing headphones, etc.

Terrible. We placed an order and paid over $20.00 for an extra large pizza. We only got a large. When we called to get the right thing they hung up on us and wouldn’t answer the phone. They are jerks! Don’t order from there.

Couldn’t make it home in time to make/have dinner at a decent hour with my son so I placed a delivery order. ‘Heck,’ I foolishly thought ‘it’s barely over ½ mile from our house (.8 km for you redcoats or syrup sippers in the north). Well the kid is still foodless over an hour later. 10’s of unanswered calls & no way to track the progress of my order gets this location a proper ✌️⭐️ . NOT HAPPY PAPA NOT HAPPY ONE BIT Part two: ordered at exactly 10pm (they close at 11 stop taking orders at 10:15) 15 min later I got a notification from my bank telling me I got a refund. Papa John’s canceled on me 15 min after placing the order & didn’t even say anything. This place is a joke

Excellent staff, always rushing around trying to keep up with short staff. Friendly and you can tell they enjoy working together. Always laughing and singing. Food on point most the time and about as good as can be for chain store pizza. Papa call seems to be the only problem this store has.

Horrible service. Order was placed at 2pm for a 3pm delivery. Showed up at 330 and was not mine. Wrong order and was cold already. Drove down to the business and manager told me it's not his problem that they use door dash to deliver. Was told it will be 45 mins for a new order. Asked for a refund and after that said it will be 3 business days. I'll never be back here. Horrible

Ordered a pizza and waited an hour and a half for it when it said it would only be 47 minutes . Then I called and nobody would pick up the phone literally called back to back over 10 times and they would not pick up the phone. Terrible service and I won’t be ordering from them ever again . I don’t even want the pizza at this point I just want my money back!!! And I can’t even get a hold of the store to get it back. SMH just ridiculous. I will be making a phone call to corporate!

My name is Kellie and I am the manager at Laser Zone. As you might know, we provide family fun entertainment specializing in Laser tag for events such as, birthday party’s, private events, and fundraisers within our community. As a mother, I understand how much time, effort, and money can go into hosting these kinds of events, so it is my top priority to ensure that every guest has an excellent experience. Recently, I spoke with the general manager at Papa Johns in hopes to place a large order for an event(s). I was hopeful as my order was placed and we had finalized times of delivery and prices. Unfortunately, when it came time to receive our orders I was incredibly disappointed. I had placed a total of four orders in which all of them were late, leaving my guests disappointed. The general manager had then told me he was short on staff and sent all of the orders out at once, which isn’t at all what we had discussed. I understand being short staffed, but the horrible service I experienced is inexcusable. If you need someone reliable, consistent, and honest for your small business, do not order from Papa Johns at 1115 N Main St. Canton, Ohio 44720.

I just stopped ordering from this store. Every time you call to place a pick up order. When you arrive the order supposedly was never received even after your card is charged. Tried door dashing the pizza. The order always gets canceled for some odd reason. The staff working there is very friendly but I feel like they are forced to work with what they have it’s not they’re fault. They need to remove that call center and just have someone take the orders at the store. I’ve gotten refunded and even gotten free pizza the staff there always apologizes but it’s annoying that an order can never be made right. There is always an issue. (Not with the staff) .
