This is for Quest headquarters billing department. I have been waiting for a refund since February 2022. I had to call my insurance myself and have them sent correct W form to Quest. 3/24/22 Tania told me she submitted my refund and it would take 4-5 weeks. On 4/21/22 I was told no case was open and and refund check was issued. They submitted my refund again on 4/21/22. I have called 10 times since to check status of my refund. I was lied to by supervisor Jackie on 6/28/22 who told me my refund check would take an additional 10 more weeks because there department is behind. Today 8/30/22 I spoke to supervisor Pam who informed me that there is not refund issued for me. I was told now it would be another 4-6 weeks. This is by far the worst experience of my life. Quest was about to send my account to collections because they did not do their due diligence with the insurance company . Forced me to do their work for them and that once the insurance sent payment I would get full refund. I Paid the amount due and now 7 months later I still have not received a refund. This is a horrible way to do business and example of disorganization and theft.

My blood order was large so it took me a long time for them to be ready for me. That being said, it was a big order and great amount of blood- and they made it the most peaceful and easy, painless experience as possible and I could talk more highly about the two women that took care of me today!

Had an 8am appointment for a COVID test this morning. Arrived at 7:55am and was advised that the "tent" didn't open until 9am. Well, there was no tent to be found; only a van parked in the lot. Regardless, I was told by the lady inside that they allow people to schedule an 8am appointment, but don't actually open until 9am. Um, REALLY????? I had a 9:30am meeting to be at, so there was no way I could sit around for an hour. She told me they do testing "inside" starting at 8am, but I needed a doctor's order for that. Again, REALLY? Nowhere did it state that when I made my appointment on the web site!!! And this was not mentioned in the appointment reminder I received via email either. So, here I am wondering how I'm going to get tested before my trip in 2 days. They wasted nearly 2 hours of my morning since it's a 45 minute drive each way to get to their facility. Not to mention the $4/gallon in gas I wasted to get there and back. I think you should pay me for my time and gas. I don't know how these people can sleep at night by running their business this way. The stress of getting tested prior to travel is enough to send anyone over the edge. They just made my pre-travel planning that much more difficult. THANKS FOR NOTHING, QUEST DIAGNOSTICS!!! I will make sure to tell all my friends that you don't know how to run a business.

Apparently this location is suffering from the same problems faced by many businesses across the U.S. right now - finding helpful, customer-service focused employees. I made an appointment for me and my wife for a general biometric wellness screening. I selected the most relevant category of services from the Quest website and received a QR code for our appointment. When we arrived and were in the process of checking in, the Quest healthcare technician interrupted our check-in process and told us she didn't have an "order" for us. I told her we had an appointment for a simple blood draw (cholesterol, glucose, etc.), but she proceeded to tell us we would need to log in to the Quest website again and modify our order. To reiterate, we had selected the most relevant category of services from the Quest website and already had an existing appointment, but she made it clear she couldn't help us unless we fumbled around on our phones and tried to modify our existing appointment ourselves (with no assistance from her at all). The employee wasn't rude, just very detached and unhelpful. She retreated into her office while we struggled to figure out the order from our phones in the waiting room. I finally told her we would just pass on the test for the day because my blood pressure would be elevated from the experience and wouldn't give me a valid reading, anyway. Quest missed out on two paying customers that day due to poor customer service and general lack of interest in the needs of the consumer, when we had already done all we could to schedule an appointment online and arrived early for our blood draw. Take note that there was only one other customer in the office during our visit and the Quest employee had ample time to come out and help us. But again, she seemed content to retreat into her office and provided no help to us whatsoever.

FANTASTIC SERVICE!! A Super Happy Customer! I'm not dismissing anyone's experience here, but I'm not sure how you could have a bad one from my point of view. I scheduled an appointment for this past week for a biometric screening and everything went smoothly. My appointment was at 8:10 and I made sure to get there at 8:00 a.m. when they open. I went in through the front doors and was greeted by the woman at the front desk who was very kind and told me that if I was here for a blood draw that I could go into the room marked for patients and check in on the touchscreen. The touchscreen prompts and process were very easy and explanatory and I got checked in in less than 2 minutes. Not even a minute after that, the phlebotomist (Frances) came out and told me that if I was ready to go that we could start a few minutes early and I said that would be great! She was so kind in everything that she took a measure of. She was very careful and calm. She even asked what arm I would prefer getting my blood drawn out of. I told her my left and she did so, very exceptionally well! When she was drawing my blood, I happened to look over at one of the cabinets (to avoid looking at my blood being drawn) and saw that Frances had an award and it had "24" on it. So I said "Are you Frances?" And she said "Yes, I am". So I said "Wow, have you been doing this for 24 years?" And she said "Yes! 24 years just this past week.". To me, that is so reassuring that she really knows what she is doing and she really cares about her work. I'm a person that usually does get nervous when my blood is being drawn, especially when I have to fast, but Frances made the whole process very easy and comforting. My blood draw did not hurt at all and it took maybe 15 seconds! I HIGHLY recommend this location and will be coming back again if I need my blood drawn or anything else relate to there.

My bill was paid two months ago by my insurance. I received a notice today that if I didn't pay them, they were sending me to collections. The last time I was on hold for over half an hour and the customer service rep placed me on "hold" before hanging up on me. Now I'm on hold for another 40 minutes. I'm about to get an attorney because this is beyond ridiculous.

I went through their website and followed the correct prompts to schedule a COVID screening test appointment. When I got there and waited for 15 minutes before they called me back asked why I was there (they should have already known why based on my appointment) and then proceeded to tell me they don't perform those kinds of COVID tests. They proceeded to tell me to Google where to get a test. You're taking your life in your own hands, literally, if you work with this company!

Had a biometric screening done here. The facility is clean, showed up with an appointment and they were able to get me in quickly. The process didn't last long, the blood draw didn't hurt, and I was out a lot faster than I thought I would be. The staff was also very friendly, I'd definitely come back to this location

I had the quickest and most painless experience getting blood drawn at this Quest location. The woman drawing my blood was highly experienced and really nice. Literally no wait time for a walk-in. The receptionist was also really nice. Good, clean facility. I do have United Healthcare, and I know that Quest is a preferred lab (in network), so I’m guessing my billing experience will be easy too. Will update if it’s otherwise.

I called the phone number on my invoice to have the Veterans Affairs pay my bill. The lady I spoke to was so incredibly rude and curt. She was clueless as to how to process veteran payments that are paid by the Veteran Affairs Hospital. I don't know what may be lacking in Quest Diagnostic's hiring process, but your treatment of this veteran was extremely unprofessional. Perhaps you should consider hiring staff who are capable of minimal patience, are not lazy, and have at least the appearance of respect for this country's veterans.
