The food wasn't very good. The eggs were fine, but it's hard to mess up an egg. The potatoes were not cooked well. They were closer to boiled than fried, no crunch at all. Ever since the new people took over the Colerain store the quality of the food has not been the same. Also just recently ordered 3 dinners. Requested extra crispy fries. And 2 slices of cheesecake. Asked why the order ticket had a meal scratched off. They apparently forgot or crossed off an item but put it on another ticket. Got home. The fries were pretty much soft /soggy but still hot. And only 1 slice of cheesecake. Too many people rushing around. And screwing up alot of things from what I saw. Not sure if we really want to go back anymore. Been a customer for years. Probably not much longer.

Very good food every time I go. Very good service too. Very polite and friendly. Breakfast anytime too. Biscuits and gravy is awesome. Wheelchair accessibility: Very easy accessibility.

Came in Sunday morning for the first time ever around 1000am. Was sat down in a booth, given a menu, waited 45 minutes, and was never acknowledged again. Needless to say we left. Looked like a nice place, but no organization.

EVERYTHING was delicious! When I worked on that side of town, I called the menu line & would get take out a couple of times a week! Best liver & onions too! If they'd open in Deer Park they'd make a killing! Ever consider it? Close to Kenwood, Amberley Village, where we love to eat out :)

We ate there yesterday for dinner and received bad fish that was grey and tasted awful,the tartar sauce was spoiled,as was coleslaw.The waitress then brought the metts and kraut and we thought it was OK but not great.hours after getting home we both had diarrhea and nausea. The first two times we ate there it was Delicious.There aren't too many affordable good portioned non fast food restaurants on the westside and colerain.I hope this was just a one time fluke.

My family has been a patron of Red Squirrel for many years. We have gone often on Friday evenings but since they reopened after the fire we've noticed a decline in the quality of the food and the service. Daytime experience seems much better but in the evening the serving staff seems untrained, food is often made incorrectly and comes out very slowly. We waited about 40 minutes for food this past Friday and the easiest thing we ordered - a melt with roast beef and Swiss on rye - was the last thing to come out and was not melted plus was on white toast. While this was going on our server was just wandering around not checking on any tables. Unfortunately this is now typical. Makes me very sad to see such a great place operating poorly. I hope it improves.

I used to love this place. Going here 10 years 2x a week. I recently ordered the Julienne Salad and was not Happy !! I ordered after 5pm on 2 different occasions. I don't know who was making the salads but....50-60% less ingredients. Very obvious and missing many ingredients....Who are you hiring Red Squirrel???? I will not order again unfortunately.

Had this place for the first time in years . Honestly the best burger I’ve ever had . Cooked to perfection & super juicy . Props to the cooks . Everything was on point . ❤️ If you’re wanting to try something new go here !
