They provided the service as quoted. Get details in writing! Time it took to be completed was a week longer than 3 days quoted. I set appt up 2 weeks prior. I was told part was in stock and confirmed date of drop off. 3 days after dropping off, repair wasn’t even started nor was part on site yet. Additional cost was tacked on. I was not notified until I called 4 days later. Since the cost of repair was not for my insurance, I was told it wouldn’t be an issue in giving me the vehicle back. When I called 2 days later, I was told I couldn’t pick it up until balance owed was given. I also was told I needed to call other insurance company to get payment on their behalf. After I called, within an hour, insurance rep said they were never notified of additional costs and immediately sent funds over. Confirmation email was sent to Classic. A few hours later, Classic called me an said vehicle was done and I could come pick it up. My complaint is no one at Classic ever gave me truthful information up front. The repair work is exceptional but customer service needs better training on timelines for service and disclosure of unexpected issues. Had I been told up front of the real length of time and being responsible to contact other vehicle insurance for additional costs, I would have rated higher. Service: Steering & suspension repair

Classic Accident Repair helped fixed my vehicle after a freak accident. There was a shortage on parts but they were in constant communication with me about the progress of the repair and parts. There were also some insurance issues but they helped fight for me and my rights as a consumer. As a cherry on top they cleaned my vehicle prior to handing me back my vehicle! If you’re looking for sub par service look no further. They talk a big game and have high standards that they simply cannot or do not follow. I took my car in for rear end damage repairs 2 months after buying it brand new. They told me that they would call me every 2 days to update me, I had to call them almost every time because nobody called me. They changed the date of completion not once, not twice but 3 times and still didn’t have it ready on time. They took a week “assessing” the parts for damage upon arrival before they could begin the reassembly process, only to have to order a replacement part at the last minute due to it being damaged and push the completing date back yet again. They told me they would call me on June 10th to let me know when my car would be ready. I ended up having to call them 1.5 hours before closing to see when I could get my car. I was told that it was in detail and I could pick it up at 5:00. I got there at 5:00 and saw my car sitting in the parking lot with huge steaks and bits of adhesive on the windows and car itself. Then I noticed several foot long scratches on my hood that were not there when I dropped it off. I was told that it “may have been caused by a tree branch” 🤨🧐 I was there for an hour past closing while they resolved those issues. Save yourself the stress, take your car literally anywhere else.

Severe Lack of time management. Waited 2 weeks for an appointment then they had my car 2 days and hadn’t even looked at it and didn’t contact me either. Wanted to keep my car over the weekend and I said I’d pick it up since I didn’t want to keep paying for a rental. Came back first thing Monday and picked up rental again. Was paying out of pocket for a rental and they could care less the extra money it was costing me as they kept my car. Then part ordered wasn’t getting delivered for 3 days and I couldn’t pick up my car because it wasn’t together and they had no time to do that for me. Then still said my car would be done by a certain time after part came in and still wasn’t ready til next day. Offered no compensation or anything for extra out of pocket I had to pay for a rental while they had my car. Never go there again and never recommend. Service: Body & Trim

I'll start off by saying that the repairs are finished, I can still drive my car, and it was super clean when I got it back. The reason for the two stars: We're in the time of back orders that was explained to me. That I was going to be expected to find the part for the vehicle because their only source did not have an eta, was not. That there would be unexpected costs when the bumper came off was explained to me. That a functioning back camera would no longer be functioning and not get fixed right away because of investigations to make sure that what caused it to stop functioning would not put them at blame, all while investigating with out others present.... was not. That the paint would be color matched, that was explained to me. "Oh it's plastic it's never gonna match" was not. Yes this happened and yes they also are still trying to charge me for a part that was purchased from the dealership and sent to the shop prior to my vehicle being brought there for fear of it being on back order. Then they verbatim stated they would reimburse they price of the parts charged via check but were unable to authorize checks after hours and would send it out in the mail.... Still waiting. Did the job get done, yes. Was I completely satisfied with the work, all but the color matching. Customer service skills, lacking. So no, no good review. Services: Body & Trim, Painting

The staff at Classic performed a remarkable job for us, following a hit-and-run accident in a supermarket parking while we were traveling cross-country. They were prompt, professional, thorough, and very kind. They handled all the paperwork with our insurance company. With the pandemic and its supply chain issues, I am certain that Classic went beyond its competition to complete our substantial repair on a tight schedule. In fact, we switched to them only after experiencing sluggish responses from the original estimating shop. That was a fortunate decision. They are highly recommended. Services: Body & Trim, Painting

I had developed rust bubbles on my 2020 jl in several spots. Although this is covered, the first time it was returned to me, they forgot to fix the rust on the left hinge, so it was returned to them. I received a call that it was done and had went to pick it up. After looking at the paint that does not match it will be going back for a 3rd time. It also still has 2 knicks above each rear hinge from them reinstalling. It took 2 weeks to obtain an estimate from them back in August, and I had only received 1 text message from this facility in the two weeks the jeep has been there. Service: Painting

AWESOME PLACE!!! So I hit a dresser drawer that was laying on the freeway in my new 2021 BMW M240i. Literally had just 600 miles on the odometer. The drawer was laying upside down and the wood bottom went through the lower corner grill and punctured the auxiliary radiator. I needed an entire new bumper too since the drawer ripped mine apart. I randomly went to this place because they were right by where this happened, and the place looked nice from driving past it during other trips. I left the car there because I couldn't drive it (spraying out coolant) and I researched the shop that night. The reviews looked good, but not knowing squat about the place or the people, I just assumed I'd get ripped off because most companies these days seem dishonest. Furthermore, being a BMW certified repair center, I was ready to see some sky high quote for a 2021 car, and then try to negotiate a more reasonable repair cost. Boy was I wrong! I couldn't believe how reasonable the repair estimate was. I came prepared knowing the exact cost of the most expensive part (the entire bumper), and their price was exact to the penny. I immediately authorized the repair. During the repair process, they proactively contacted me several times just to let me know the progress. When the car was done, it looked like new again! The gaps between the panels were symmetric and proper. They also matched the special order Mineral Grey Metallic paint color perfectly!!! If I ever need any body work for any of my cars ever again I will not go anywhere else but here! What a great experience. Services: Body & Trim, Painting
