I had ordered 40 piece nuggets and they tasted so old I feel like I got the left overs it didn’t taste good at all. They felt soggy and some of them were even hard to bite into.

Right down the road from a college and next to one of the busiest roads this McDonald's is in demand. Be prepared to wait and don't let the traffic get you frustrated. The employees worked hard to get everyone inside the lobby helped while having at least 6 cars in line. Thank you goes out to the staff!!!!

Spicy chicken sandwich it was very dry and kinda semi burnt. Mayonnaise just thrown on there if I had time would have most definitely took it back. But the cashier he was nice. That's where the second star come from.

For the first time in several months, I quickly realize there's no front counter worker and I had to use a order glass tablet myself. Needless to say, it toke me a minute to get the hang of it and I will not be going back. The frys were warm but didn't taste fresh and the hamburger bread was room temperature.

I purchase a mango and pineapple smoothie. For the price I paid it should have been filled to the top. Not 1 or so inch from the top. I said something about it and the guy at the window offered to refill it but the way he said it I didn't trust the someone wouldn't do anything to my smoothie so I told him I was good. I did the math on the cost of the drink and how much they shorted the drink and they are profiting about an extra 68 cents per drink.

Ordered curbside pickup through the mobile app and food arrived late and cold. I notified McDonald's of this through the app and was assured by corporate that the restaurant would be in touch and make it right. This was a week ago roughly. Received an email from the restaurant today saying they only provide quality food and service and offered no kind of customer service to make it right. Absolutely horrible for a restaurant the size of McDonald's. Will not be returning to this location. I now understand why they have a 3.7 review at the time of this rating

Today the service was much better than other occasion even if they forgot to put the apple juice on the happy meal. Shame this occasion the latte machine was broken :/ so no coffee for me today.
