During the day this is a great store. Reasonable prices nice people but the night shift guy just charged my card $54.88 twice and told me I'm "mistaken" . I show him my account on my phone that shows the charge at that location with the time stamp and he still tries to say I'm wrong. I will be talking with SK in the morning. This sumbitch canceled the charge 10 minutes after I leave thinking he can just put it back and I won't do anything. He needs to be fired or put in jail for theft. He put it back so I can't go to the cops. I've never had a problem with this store , buy stuff daily and the guys know way to much about my life but if he's not fired I will do my damnedest to see that place closed. ~Robbie

Small individually owned gas station that’s part of the Chevron Franchise. Clean, organized, small, and really cool knives, brass knuckles, rolling trays, etc. Shoutout to my man Tim, he’s the reason I’m coming back again. Raymond is the supposed “manager” he was on his phone for a solid 5 minutes when I was the next in line. He slammed the phone down and said man I need a “joint”. What kind of place are you running. I left and so did 2 other people. We were in line waiting to pay and left our items there. Absolutely Unacceptable. He yelled “bye” very rudely when we left. I will never be back. Ever. Neither will a lot of people. Not while “Raymond“ is there. ~nick

I like putting gas in my vehicle from Shell Gas station for years! And at this location, the gas is pretty much cheaper than anywhere else. There is three locations that I frequent and they're all "Shell" stations. I haven't had a problem/problems using Shell. I'm so confident about this brand of gas, until "Shell" gas station prove me wrong that's when I'll change. ~Jody

It depends on who is working. Customer service is 50/50.. those who are good deserve 5 stars. Those who don't speak to you and talk on their phone (and it's always an ear piece which gets confusing because you don't know if they're talking to you or not.. I've responded many times thinking he's speaking to me and get a look like I'm bothering him). THESE guys NEVER smile, speak, or even acknowledge you. At least if you're female.. I've noticed that they tend to show more respect to and acknowledge men. But the store is always clean and rarely problems at the pump. It's ashame that those bad apples bring the customer service experience so far down. When i go there, I'll peek in the window to see who's working. If it's one of the disrespectful guys, I'll go to the Kroger gas station. ~Rachel

$50 limit on gas, so you can't fill up a truck or work van. Convenience store roulette -- none of the products have prices on them. How can you run a business like that? ~Fox
