Nice location. Again I have business in the area. Staff always very nice. Good selection of products. They have a snack I can never find in the grocery store. When I can I buy all of this particular snack on the shelf. Found a favorite soda. And was on sake. Coke cherry vanilla, zero sugar. ~GRG

Ben.. is who assisted us at this Verizon location. His customer service is exceptional. We bought 2 phone upgrades, phone cases, and screen protectors. He also asked us if he could assist us in putting on the screen protectors. Which he did in less a second. ~Bernice

I have been in this location several times and had the pleasure of being helped by the same person, a man named Jakeb. He has been super helpful and knowledgeable each time. Even going so far as to come outside and take a look at the lug nuts on my moms car when we needed help. I will continue to shop at this location for all my automobile needs. ~Lyndsey

Absolutely bismol customer service. The old bald gentleman couldn't careless about my window issue. Asked him what I needed and all he did was tell me what isle the parts were on. Couldn't even spend the 5 seconds to show me. After looking on my own, I asked if he could take a look at my window outside and his excuse was there was "too much traffic" in the building. Yeah, y'all were real busy with your 3 frickin customers at 9pm. The young lady working could've easily handled them. Extremely dissatisfied!!! If you want answers and REAL help, go to advanced auto parts in atascocita. They actually took the 10 minutes to help me. And were happy to do so. Id most definitely fire that bald guy if I ran the store. He doesn't belong in a car parts shop honestly. Super unprofessional and couldn't care less about my problems with my car. I have had great experiences with Take 5 for Oil Changes. I recently took my truck there for a diagnostic check. Nathan was my mechanic and he was informative and brutally honest. I ended up getting a new car and selling my truck. Nathan also recommended the financing app he used and it was a success. I was stuck and juggling to make it all happen.
