Great experience yesterday purchasing a new phone. Associates are knowledgeable, store is clean and we'll stocked. Good location with security on site.

I took my phone in because it would not hold a charge. The guy who helped me tried several things to help my phone hold a charge. I had to ask for him to check my account to see what options I had, specifically if my phone was covered. He was okay with playing on my phone to see if he could fix it but didn't seem eager to help further.

Very nice customer service. Store is very clean and neat and has security which is another plus.

Ben.. is who assisted us at this Verizon location. His customer service is exceptional. We bought 2 phone upgrades, phone cases, and screen protectors. He also asked us if he could assist us in putting on the screen protectors. Which he did in less a second.

I asked my husband to return a phone I no longer wanted (long story; I ordered a phone because a Verizon app was draining my battery in a matter of hours, but the issue was resolved a few days later, when the new phone arrived at the wrong address). He was told that, unless he bought a phone at that SPECIFIC store, he could not return it, and was ushered out. When I called customer service, we were told that, since they are a "corporate store" they should be able to handle any kind of return. I was not sure why they didn't want our business. I know we are a drop in the bucket, but this whole experience is making me rethink if we need to change carriers.

Sales associate was uninterested in me or my needs. I explained that I was wanting a new phone and he offered no advice or suggestions. It seems as if he just wanted to get back to his own phone to play or whatever. When I asked about a specific device, he gave short answers with no other remarks. When I asked other questions and wanted to see what the device looked like without the wall security straps attached he refused until I paid for it first. I told him that I was going to buy it but wanted to see it first. He replied, it's on the wall for you to see. I walked out of the store and will never go back there. Customer service is not their priority at all. I've been with Verizon since it started, but I was treated like an inferior bum at that store.
