Very happy with their quick service! Brought car in for a dashboard that was lighting up like a pinball machine and they were able to schedule an appointment within the next week. I have had several favorable experiences with AutoTech. They are professional and honest. They service my rather complex Mercedes and my rugged Jeep. Their prices are well below what a dealership charges yet their technical expertise is equal or better. Hands down best auto repair shop around! Everyone on the Autotech team will treat you like family. They bring so much value with customer service, knowledgeable advice, and quality of work. I have been a customer for a few years now and my only complaint is they still call me to walk me through what needs to be done, cost of parts and were they are going save me some money on work… they always know I what my answer is! Had issues with my car starting and had my car to the shop with an appointment next day. The service writer, Nikki, was very nice and was quick to give me updates about my vehicle. From diagnosed to repaired took no time at all. Fantastic work done by all here. I will definitely be returning for future work

Contacted the garage for an oil leak. First person with whom I spoke was Nikki. She was very kind, friendly, and patient. Was able to set up an appointment, and use the drop, so I didn't have to miss work to drop off my car. Got a call not long after my appointment time, and they had determined the issue. I was able to get emissions testing, tire change, and alignment done while the oil leak was fixed. Was checked with each time before anything was done, and advised of the cost.
