I took my Ford Five Hundred In just thinking I needed spark plugs. They took the extra time to check my engine light and were very thorough with my engin. This is one of the best locations with best customer service. They also are good at finding just aboit anything you need part wise.They won't sell you anything you don't need. They also did everything before I got off work within 1 shift. Fast and Friendly 10/10

I’ve been coming to this location since moving here in Aug 2020 from the East Coast. Both my vehicles they have serviced with much care & professionalism. Today I came in with no appointment & I was out in less then an hour with 2 brand new tires. Like always, coming in clutch. I appreciate you guys.

Shout out to Dobbs In OFallon St. Loius MO! On cross country trip from Fl to Denver CO our son in law's car had a blown out tire in arrival to our resting stop in St Louis. Gas station attendant near hotel suggested Dobbs Tire & Auto just a couple miles down the road. We came to Dobbs right at 7am when they opened. Here was the challenge... the 2nd back tire was also worn too thin and they are low profiles! My husband and son in law walked in and said ..we desperately need your help..we are on time crunch and need 2 low profile tires. Attendant checked quickly and it was our lucky day indeed! Someone had just ordered 2 tires like we needed and had canceled! Wow! Service quickly installed our tires and we were back on the road by 8am! This is what Customer Service looks like. Attentive to our urgency..available and ready to our specific need of profile tires..and excellent turn time! All taken care off in less than 1hr! Thank you Dobbs!! Your establishment and staff was on point!

These folks are as honest as they come. We were just traveling through and we heard an awful grinding sound when braking. We called and they got us in early the next morning. They looked at it and discovered some debris which was causing the grinding sound. They could have told us it needed new brakes and charged accordingly and we honestly wouldn’t have known the difference. They cleaned up the pads for a fair price, and we were good to go. We greatly appreciate their honesty, and highly recommend them!

I stopped in here because I had to get my tire fixed on my truck. I had no other choice. I tried to explain my situation. The person at the counter wasn't even listening. Because he asked me for my keys. I told they would be with me because I wasn't going to sit the 2 1/2 hours in my truck waiting on them because the practically new tire will not hold air for me to drive it the hour drive home. He was more worried about chatting with coworkers than helping a customer. I simply asked why a simple quick repair was going to take that long. His answer was we can fix it sign here on a piece of paper. It blows my mind this place has any five star ratings at all.

This morning we were beyond blessed to have the crew that was working at Dobbs! My husband and I woke up to a flat tire and had to travel to MN. We stopped in here and they were so willing to fix our tire and get in done in such a timely manner with no fuss at all. We are beyond grateful for the kindness they all displayed and the speedy service. Only an hour to wait! Thank you again!!!

I stopped by today immediately after a low oil pressure alert came on in my car. I was obviously worried and a bit overwhelmed as the warning said to turn off the engine. I got my two young boys out of the car and went in. After I explained the issue to the manager at the counter he told me he could it get anyone to look at it until Monday. Totally understandable. I asked if someone could just check to see if I needed oil because I didn't think it did and it was not time for an oil change yet. He said all his guys are busy and I'd have to wait until Monday. I asked for a suggestion on where I should go or what I should do and this is when he seemed to get very annoyed with me and said good luck getting it in anywhere and told me to just tow it somewhere else. God bless the gentleman sitting in the lobby waiting on his own car who asked the manager for a paper towel and he would check it for me. The manager proceeds to roll his eyes and stare at him for a moment before slamming a roll down on the counter and ripping a piece off and not saying another word walks away. I am a single/only parent who was clearly overwhelmed and just needed some advice. I get everyone is stressed right now but a little compassion goes a long way. Had this manager not been so rude and bothered by my presence I probably would have given them my business. Now I'll be going somewhere else.
