Best auto repair shop in O'Fallon, Missouri (MO) 2024

Subpar gas prices compared to competitors. Stocking issues under new manager, to the point that they frequently don't have bags in stock. One employee (young, red/strawberry blonde hair) is always there, and is constantly rude and awkward with customers. Other employees are great overall. I had gone there for years, but have started visiting other stations due to these issues. ~Sean

Hands down best auto repair shop around! Everyone on the Autotech team will treat you like family. They bring so much value with customer service, knowledgeable advice, and quality of work. I have been a customer for a few years now and my only complaint is they still call me to walk me through what needs to be done, cost of parts and were they are going save me some money on work… they always know I what my answer is! Thanks again Mark, Nate, Niki and rest of the team. If you think Walmart is a good value on auto repairs because of price, please don’t bother Autotech team. These folks are as honest as they come. We were just traveling through and we heard an awful grinding sound when braking. We called and they got us in early the next morning. They looked at it and discovered some debris which was causing the grinding sound. They could have told us it needed new brakes and charged accordingly and we honestly wouldn’t have known the difference. They cleaned up the pads for a fair price, and we were good to go. We greatly appreciate their honesty, and highly recommend them! ~Tiana
