Went in for a new windshield and they repaired it. We were scheduled for a new one. Told them the repair was no good and we need the new windshield we ordered. They told us they were doing what was best for the car not us. REALLY! We pay insurance for a new windshield and they refuse to replace it. DONT GO TO THIS SHOP.

I am not one to write reviews, however I need to share my experience. I went to Safelite for a windshield repair from a rock chip and I was originally scheduled to have the repair done at shop. However, I had to reschedule and Paula (who is wonderful and does her job well) offered to have the repair done at my work with a mobile technician. The technician called me to let me know he was on his way and said he just needed the doors unlocked. I laughed as I drive a Jeep and the doors were removed. Once he came to the parking lot he said he could not find it. I am not sure how you miss the only Jeep in the parking lot that also does not have doors but somehow he managed. We went out and looked at the chip in my windshield and he said there was a 5% chance that it would crack when he tried to fix it. I said then I can wait and take it to the shop. He said no, it could happen there too. The he froze from talking said I am sorry I just had iron deficiency. The he picked his nose with his thumb and said it could be too hot because my Jeep is black with black interior. My Jeep is GRAY! He started the repair and called me within 8 mins and said it cracked from the pressure, you need a new windshield, how much is your deductible? I advised him I pay out of pocket and I will take care of it myself. I went out to look at the windshield, sure enough, a HUGE crack. I am aware that this a possibility however it seems suspicious and would of been received better if the technician was professional. This guy was not with it at all. Something was off. I called and spoke with Paula at 12:08 and I relayed to her the events. She said she would have the manager call me as he had just stepped out but she would relay all the details so I would not have to. I never heard back from the manager… I was trying to repair the chip before a road trip and was going to more than likely replace the windshield after we returned. Jeeps are notorious for rock chips. Now we will be traveling with a giant crack. I do not recommend using Safelite. Service: Auto windshield repair

Waited 2 weeks for an appointment to replace a broken quarter panel glass. The tech came and supposedly couldn’t remove a seatbelt bolt. He suggested I call a mechanic to remove it. I literally removed the bolt within 30 seconds shortly after he left. Now I have to wait 10 more DAYS for an appt and drive around with this plastic on my windows!

Not very impressed. I was running late by 20 or so minutes and was made to reschedule. The commercials always advertise the Safelite van coming to your house or business, but that is not the case with this location. My 2 chips were "fixed" on the next visit, but looked pretty much the same way they did when I dropped it off. No one I dealt with through the process seemed remotely friendly. Another location might be better.

Because of changes with cell phone carriers at this time, not all customers are able to use your website, to begin processing an order or request of service. I called in to multiple locations and was blocked, by your automated telephone system. Not one "human being," initially, answered the telephone! That is extreme for business. Because the question I needed help with, your automated systems "pre-selected questions" that we customers were to verbalize or type into the Safelite telephone, were not able to be asked and not answered. I was extremely disappointed! I hung up and went somewhere else for service. ☹️
