I had trouble with my phone not having service for two days. Both days I worked with Richie. He was very patient and informative. Richie spent several hours trouble shooting the issue. Finally on the second day my phone was able to have service. I will be visiting the store again in the future and I would recommend Richie.

By far the worst customer service ! Called to ask about a SIM card malfunction was placed on hold several times.Asked to speak with a manager was then placed on hold and hung up.Called back 3x and was hung up on each time .I’m not sure how they’re being trained but I’m sure this isn’t the correct way

Can you say OMG! The whole the city of humble together with service. I am disappointed in the treatment given to any store around humble to their customers and this AT&T changed that. Happy to help and also goes over whole account to make sure you're being treated fair. One thing I noticed about Dayna Carreon, she talks to you like family and not like some random customer. Thank you for that and because of this location hands down I believe in AT&T. Thank you 🙏🏾 . Even if you live out of area I recommend using the gas to get to this AT&T. They will make you excited about the service you obtain. Again.... wow!!! Just amazing! And NO they didn't ask me to write this, I wrote this on my own merit. Well deserved.... made my day actually.

Came in to get business line set up. We worked with a gentleman named Ozzie. He was very informative and patient. We'll be back to the store for our next upgrades. Ozzie has excellent customer service.

Walked in to inquire about a possible upgrade. Was given multiple discounts due to meeting my employer incentives . Come to find out it was all false and now I'm stuck with a extra $30 a month. The store employee lied to my face had me return to the store the next day with my employee badge to confirm and acted as he submitted it. The lies this store will tell to make a sell. I would have been fine with being told my employer was not part of the discount plan.

I'm pleased to say that I came in with little doubts in getting good help. But I'm glad to say I was treated with the out most respect by one of uour employees his name is. Alexis Aguilar. Very professional and polite took care of my problem fast. You should have more people like him. Thank you.

OMG! This was the best experiences that I’ve had with AT&T. Ozzie took his time to explain to me the phones as I needed a new one. I had three and he was able explain the different specs of each phone. Also, if you want a great experience I recommend this location and any other ‘corporate’ store.

Very satisfied with my At&t visit yesterday because the young lady not only fixed my daughter's sim card issue, she also took the time to sell me a solid phone case to protect her phone plus a screen saver to protect her glass & insisted on installing it for us to ensure the correct installation. Thank you for all your help!

I meant to write this review a while back. I came in for a new line bc I couldn't stand my service with my other carrier.. Randy &Ulisees did a wonderful job helping me with what' I needed. Very nice service, very clean location
